I took out my second car finance with premium plan this year, I got quotes from so many other companies that will supposedly help people with poor credit but some of them were extortionate monthly payments and interest. As someone who wrecked her credit as a teenager (it’s very very poor), premium plan did not take advantage of this and do not judge. They were interested in if I worked full time and had a decent enough income to afford it which I can. The monthly payments are very reasonable and when I found a car they were very prompt with the payment. I can’t recommend them enough for people that can afford car finance but have poor credit, all the staff were so lovely and kept me regularly updated.

They claim they are fair and don’t judge you yet they took all my personal information and bank statements and then worked out that I wouldn’t be able to afford the payments ! And in actual fact, after my outgoings I have more than enough to afford monthly payments. They also didn’t have the decency to contact me and tell me they decided to decline me, I had to chase them up. Even though our last conversation was based on me sending MORE information to them. Like how can you decline because you didn’t calculate accurately ? I told you my budget and the maths clearly shows I would have that plus some. You did not even come up with an “affordable plan”.

Iv had 2 cars off these guys and they was brilliant I wanted to upgrade again and was told they carnt help me no more I have never missed a payment and never defaulted on any other credit agreements bit unfair never had ccj on any dmp so iv got to start looking elsewhere

Hi basically u never done a lot for me once my money was approved
I gave the agent 6 cars to look at for me & he said it was too many at one time. So gave him 2 too price up for me
Then I was told not too contact the car company until he sent me your finance agreement
Then I went to c the car &. a test drive. Phoned him & said it was ok & going to buy it
I then got ur HP agreement to sign and that’s it

Premium Plan provided an excellent service at a worrying time. They were always quick respond and made the process easy.

Honestly dealing with Premium Plan was so easy. I am in a DMP & needed the balloon payment re financed so I could keep my car & Premium Plan helped me do that. It was super quick and easy to use them & their customer service is amazing. So friendly, no judgement & willing to help! If I could give more than 5 stars I really would. Anyone looking to help with car finance but don’t have a great credit rating definitely give these a call.

I am in IVA. So I can't have credit because of my poor credit rating.I needed to refinance my balloon payment on my PCP. Everyone were very kind and professional throughout the refinance process.
The process was very quick.
I can just recommend them.

Every step was clearly explained and all my questions were answered. My credit score is not the best but they listened to my background and there was no judgement. I did get a little confused with the paperwork but they were patient and understanding. It has put my mind at ease as I was so worried about finding a company that would help me.
