Everything was fast and reliable, got an upgrade because there was no small cars. Personnel were helpful and easy to communicate with.

I just made a mistake because our flight was dated 50min after midnight, so I made booking one day more but your company told me we can’t refund you because you booked 6 days instead of 5 (although we used it 5days only) I would have liked like in my business to at least do an effort about it. (Although it was my mistake!)
For example at least refund the insurance, since we didn’t drive an additional day..

Mugur Foca the perfect employee, a perfect 2022 Scamer , this company with multi names like caroutis ,direct rent and carwiz ... use to steal money from you debitcard even if you drop-off the car without any scratch ,even if you respect the contract . Hello Police and Government ! are you sleeping ? this 'person' is a thief . All the bad reviews on other reviews site even on google are true ,be carefull because scammers and thief's change names of companies frequently

I rented a car online here over a broker but right before my trip I was made aware by the broker that there could be problems with providing the deposit with Visa Debit which my bank just introduced to replace credit cards. So I called and they told me that they would not accept my debit card for the deposit but that I could buy an insurance to avoid the deposit. That actually seemed fair to me, also because I was not used to driving in Romania, so I decided to take the car. Arriving in Bucharest I was confused that the Company was not really Carwiz but another company (Premium Rent). I do not know the intervals of the car rental industry, maybe it is normal but it got me thinking. When I arrived at the counter to pay the insurance I was surprised that he basically just typed in 300 euros (Name was Madalin). It seemed odd to me because insurances typically do not add up to a nice round number so it just seemed as if he just made up the number. Then he just handed me the keys and I drove away. The car was fine! When I brought back the car two weeks later there was another guy (Alex) who took over the car without any problems. He then urged me to write a review here and he basically wanted me to write it while he is watching (which I did not do). So to sum it up: The weird insurance amount, the fact that it is not Carwiz but another company and the nudging towards writing a review makes me subtracting one star. The car and the value was fine but in the end everything seemed a bit off. Maybe it’s just how business is done in Romania and I am too sensitive.

Very bad experience at their Bucharest Otopeni Airport office.

We booked a "Skoda Rapid or similar" Petrol car and have been offered a Citroen C3 Diesel even though there were plenty of Rapids on the forecourt.

The lone guys present, working out of a container like office, argued that cars are allocated by the head office so he cannot do anything to change the car for us. He said he cannot contact anyone - the only communication option we have been given was an email address. The local company name from the contract paperwork is CARWIZ but the email address was from the domain PREMIUMRENT.RO which is what Google maps shows at their location.

Furthermore the guy argued that "or similar" entitles them to allocated cars in the same class based on the internationally recognised ACRISS codes. Even this did not stand to scrutiny since my reservation car code was for a Compact Petrol car whereas the C3 is classed as a super mini/economy (1 class below compact) and was running on diesel.
Only a week later I noticed that the car code on the contract drawn up locally (next to the C3 registration) was indeed for an economy car and obviously different than my reservation code. So pay attention to the car code in the contract – it should be matching the reservation info.

Similarly, the guys after us, had booked a "Skoda Octavia or similar" and been offered a Rapid (sic) – again some Octavias were present on the forecourt. Their reservation car code was for an Intermediate class and on the ACRISS site Octavia is given as an example of intermediate class car.
I believe that their business model is to always offer a class down to unsuspecting customers.

Upon inspection, the Citroen C3 had more scratches and damage than on the paperwork (good luck finding them in the middle of the night if you don't have a torch with you), less fuel than indicated and one of the rear lights not working – which could not be fixed.

After close to 2h wasted on site, given the fact that the car was not legal/roadworthy with the faulty light, we walked away cancelling the contract.

It’s the second time we use this car rental company.
We had a great experience with them.
Great service, very efficient and quick service.
The staff is very polite and friendly.
Alex was very efficient and quick at the return.
We always take the full coverage insurance up ahead so there were no issues of unexpected charges or problems with returning the car at the end.
Highly recommended.

Everything was as it is planned although the car has changed. All cars should have parking sensors.

I payed in advance for a Skoda Rapid, but I received a Dacia Logan without letting me know first.
They had more cars for upgrade, but could bot change the reservation in the system.

I asked for a refund, that was not received until i called them again.

As it turned out, this is the same company as Caroutis and NÜ car rental. At first, I tensed after reading reviews on the internet. But everything turned out to be great. We were met in a car, taken to the office, everything was quickly issued. The office is new and clean. Great guys, they even treated us to a țuică)) Their insurance costs the same as that of brokers, half the price of Class Wagon. They gave a wi-fi router, as ordered. The car was given the latest model of the Skoda Octavia, 2019. Among the shortcomings - a little noisy car, the cigarette lighter socket did not work, but we discovered this when we were already far away. We were taken back to the airport. In general - promptly, inexpensively, efficiently. Recommend!

Not a trustworthy company.
I Will not chose their services again

Ordered a Skoda Octavia was given a Skoda rapid.
Told same size when challenged however rapid boot space 460L octavia boot space 600L this says it all.
Then let’s move on to the price the rapid was almost 100 euros cheaper then the Octavia this which has not been refunded.
Emailed to try and give them chance to put right with no reply or acknowledgement.

And finally when booking car reserved car seat was offered two options which were no good and dirty forcing me to buy a chair for two weeks.

Update had an email Thursday 19th august 2021 stating they are looking into my complaint and will get back to me ASAP, so far no further communication.

Good experience, all easy and fast to check and choose the best service for yourself.
