Very good service, will definitely use again.

We could not pay online for our rent because of a glitch during the booking phase, and wrote a message asking what to do. The quick reply confirmed we would nonetheless pay the "special" online price upon arrival to the airport. This is not the first time we reserve a car with Premium Rent, and always received great service.

Don't even try to try using Premium Rent service,No way.My experience is a long story,I just want to say they gave me a rubbish,dirty car...I just refused to drive it on a Sunday afternoon..forced to find another company to rent a car..........👎👎👎👎👎👎

I booked and payed in advance for a car with automatic gear, however, only when i was at the pick up time, they told me that they only have cars with manual gear. Very unprofessional, as they could have called before.

THIS COMPANY AT ALL TIME, THEY CHARGED ME £150 FOR A TINY SCRATCH (10MM). I AM STILL WAITING ON MY DEPOSIT AFTER 2 AND HALF WEEKS STILL HAVENT GOT MY DEPOSIT.
I CANT GIVE 0 STAR UNFORTUNELY

Honest, reliable, client friendly order path. Good and friendly service. Held what was promised.

I call and ask what is available, i have booked and paid what is available, after 45 minutes when i have arrived to pick up the car they said that it's not available anymore and they can offer me another car..
You own me free upgrade for next time.
The lady is very kind but guy ones kinda rude.

This is a scam- avoid Premium car rental Cluj! Unless you like extorsion techniques and dishonest staff. Initially Robert, the rep, refused to release the rental * , then pressured me to buy a 2nd full insurance from Premium for 288 euros ( on top of the full insurance purchased at booking). Then he showed me a list of prices that they would charge me for every scratch when I return the car ( 200 euros per scratch). Then the agreement said the gas thank should be full. It was on red. Then Robert said that I will get my 2nd full insurance money back should I return the car early. When I returned the car early the company refused to reimburse me. This is a scam that only in Romania could look " legal".
Recommend never doing business with Premium car rental - a scam artist company ...
