I bought the Balenciaga triple s trainers after finding premium source on Instagram and I have no complaints at all! They have flexible payment options which makes purchasing more affordable and they reply to any questions you may have over Instagram dms instantly. The trainers arrived within the estimated delivery time, in perfect condition. Couldn’t recommend premium source enough and will defo be ordering again

Terrible service, placed an order never received it send 7 emails didn't get 1 response, had to get in touch with my bank to get my money back. Absolute joke of an establishment.

Ordered a track top and they have sent the wrong one I had 24 hours to inform them as per their website as there is a zero returns policy unless they send a faulty or incorrect garment - they have sent an incorrect garment - I have sent 5 emails with photo evidence as this is the only way to contact them as no phone number ZERO response I am out of pocket and no correct top - awful service and I am still trying to get a response!

Sent me out the incorrect Size. I Instagram messaged straight away to sort out the returns and refund. Resent the shoes back on 26th April and I’m still waiting for the refund despite advising what my returns tracking number was. Emailed and instagram messaged 3 times and no response. I need someone to sort my refund out.

Ordered trainers never came did not answer my messages

Although they send a wrong PS5 But after informing them of the mistake, although it was out of hours, the manager very fast dispatched the right PS5 and offered some compensation as a Voucher.
I found premium source shop quite genuine and amazing helpful and will definitely shop again from them. You are 5 Stars Premium.Thank you for sorting out my son’s present very quickly. Cheers
