Amazing service!!
Saw these guys on Instagram after searching for many hours for a shoe that was out of stock literally everywhere. I asked them if they had this certain shoe in a half size and they went above and beyond for me, sending photos of exactly what I asked them, made me feel confident in the purchase I was making, I cant think of many companies that would of done that, their communication with me was brilliant from start to finish. I will definitely buy from Premium Source again and recommend them highly.

After I placed my order I attempted to contact them but had no luck. The product was shipped but the tracking wasn't updated on the shop app. The order came directly off a supplier but was unfortunately the wrong item.

I informed them via the shop app and informed Klarna. The seller then contacted me via text message to apologise. Since then the customer service has been excellent. I have been offered a gift voucher for my inconvenience.

I would deal with the seller again even though this time I didn't get the item I wanted.
