The glasses were exactly what I expected, arrived in a reasonable time and were really well packaged.

My parcel has been lost and unable to get an answer from hermes on where it is.

Edit - the company has assisted me in tracing the parcel and has kindly sent replacements out.

Simple and elegant design.I love the matte finish, easy to clean and rapid to boil, not so noisy. Sits beautiful in my kitchen.

Lovely mugs, arrived quickly and all intact. Cheaper than their own E bay listing... Proper mug separated box but it was loose inside a bigger box which maybe should have had some additional packaging. Overall very pleased with purchase.

The item I bought was reduced as I suspect it was an end of line, so I boughg a few. Very good value but the website photo was black (or daek grey) and the one I received was cream. Due to the price I decided to keep them, but what I received was not what they advertised on the website.

Quick delivery. Unfortunately one glass was badly chipped. I emailed the company and had a reply within about 5 minutes or less resolving the issue. I must say I cannot fault their customer services. Brilliant! I appreciate sometimes items can be damaged. I cannot recommend this company enough. Fabulous service. Thank you.

I ordered my smeg toaster and kettle from Prentice home and was really happy with the service. It was shipped the same day and arrived to my house about 4 days after purchasing. Everything was well packaged and I’m really happy with how they look

I was greeted at the door by a large box (very handy), I didn’t realise the items I purchased would be delivered this fast therefore great delivery time. All my items were wrapped and secured safely. Nothing was damaged thank god. Quality was amazing and exactly as described and seen on the website. I will be purchasing more items again, especially since they take extreme care with delivering and packing items. Really happy and can not wait to use all the wonderful kitchenware I purchased. Adulting done right.

I received two boxes of my lovely cups in a box today unfortunately the packing was not too good and the cups were broken

Very impressed with prompt service and packaging of wine glasses

Order process was straight forward and I was kept informed of status. The only thing that let it down was Hermes taking a long time to deliver. I contacted customer service as my item was still not showing as out for delivery a week after my notification email to say that they had the parcel. They contacted Hermes and the parcel was then delivered 2 days later. Item ordered 05/04 and delivered on 16/04.
