I haven't tried the saucepans yet but they look lovely..I took one star off for poor packaging the box was basically wrapped in a black bag and was therefore quite battered although the contents seem ok.

I ordered an electric kettle. There wasn't an indication of delivery time so its arrival was unexpected but a bit sooner than expected. Postage was free and the item well packed so all in all very good service.

Ordered online no problem and after that I heard no more they say they will contact you when dispatched,came home from work parcel on my step in the rain not good service from you or your courier to say ive a delivery on the way or indeed delivered.
