Bad experience sadly
Bad experience sadly. Ordered a tefal pan back in January and when it arrived, it was dented. Emailed the company advising them of this and sent over photos but have had no response at all. Have followed up with another email advising of a further fault and still no response. Have tried to call the 2 phone numbers listed on the website but no response on either.
Really disappointing. Hoping someone from their team will respond and get this issue resolved.
