Awful. Hamper arrived and looked absolutely pathetic in comparison to the photos. All items in it were tiny. We paid almost £40, the items in it would have e been worth no more than £5. Contacted customer service who could not have been more unhelpful. We won’t be gifting the hamper to the intended recipient so a complete waste of money. Have instead purchased one from M&S which was £10 cheaper and far more substantial.

If they deliver to the wrong address or if they decide not to deliver your package, this company will keep your money and not give you a refund! Avoid this business like the plague! I’m in the United States and wanted to have a hamper delivered to my friend in London for Christmas. I received an email confirmation of delivery with a photo of the front door. I confirmed with my friend that it is not her apartment. I contacted prestige hampers and they said they would not re-deliver or give a refund because my friend could hunt down wherever they miss delivered it to. This business is a scam. Ask yourself, is this worth the risk?

My dispute is with customer services at Prestige Hampers.
I placed an order on 12/12/25 for a SANTA Hamper to be delivered on Monday 15/12/25 to a family member and within an hour I realised that they might not be home for this delivery, so I immediately emailed back and Georgia altered the date for me to Friday 19/12/25.
On Monday 15/12/25 I had notification from Royal Mail that a delivery from Prestige Hampers was being delivered that day. So I quickly emailed Prestigehampers and Aaron.t responded that they had a lot of deliveries around Christmas time and so that is why my delivery was going out on Monday 15/12/25.
I responded that what was the point of delivery dates if you’re sending out orders Willy Nilly. Luckily it was delivered to the correct address
My argument is why put a delivery date when the supplier has no intention of taking that into consideration. Not impressed at all.

Prestige hamper delivered my order with such careless manner that they left package at the front door way which next to the public road, without giving us any information about the estimated delivery time ( only texted after delivery), and the parcel left to expose to the public, in fact there are plenty of other spots that can provide some shelter or hiding space that the parcel could be put, but they choose the easiest, careless way to drop it, as a consequence of that, the outer cupboard package was ripped off and the entire hamper was stolen! This morning I called the prestige hamper customer service and the guy who answers my phone was such cold blooded and distressful so that I need to attest repeatedly that I’m not talking to a robot. He refused to give any alternative help instead of repeating stressing that this is entirely custom’s responsibility that they can do nothing about it. But it’s obvious that this isn’t entirely custom’s responsibility, at the very least they can let us know when the parcel was picked up by the currier from their site and that it was on the way for delivery. They are entitled to share the responsibility for the way of delivery. Now it’s Christmas and I shall blame “prestige hamper company” who gives me such bad experience this time of the year. I will never buy anything from them in the future neither do I recommend it to anyone else!

I was sent a hamper by a customer. It went to the wrong address, I went to collect it but the house occupants were out so I left a note. They called me and said they had contacted Prestige Hampers numerous times in the end Prestige Hampers told them to
keep it, they did and told me it was very poor quality anyway🤣.
I phoned Prestige they told me tough, not our fault. Thanks and merry Christmas.

Sharp practice.
If I could give them no stars I would.
I bought a Hamper on Saturday and informed them on Sunday that I wanted to cancel it as overnight they had reduced the price by £83, they had arranged delivery for Monday even though I arranged for it to be delivered on the Tuesday.
This company is a SCAM.
Do not use them.

Do not buy from this company. Miniature hamper for an extortionate price. When we complained they didn’t care and thought it was good value for money. A mouthful of chocolate in a cheap basket. Do not send them your money. Worth £5-£10 max rather than the £40 they charged us. Hopefully this is the downfall of the company and it won’t be round for much longer to rip off others. Don’t disappoint your loved one this Christmas with one of their hamster sized hampers

Good web site but unable to claim discount that had expired despite email claiming it was valid for weekend.

I live in the States and had a concern about whether the delivery had been made. I received a quick response confirming delivery.

By far, the worst Christmas gifting experience I’ve ever had. Disappointed doesn’t even start it… delivered a WEEK out of date, threatened by customer services staff, awful products that bear zero resemblance to products photographed… poor poor poor

A hamper I recently ordered worth £100 had a failed delivery attempt to the recipient. This was returned to sender via Royal Mail and now prestige hampers have said they will not attempt to redeliver even though I’m happy to pay the postage fee. They won’t issue a refund OR send it again therefore putting me out of pocket with the goods I ordered!
Really poor attitude to customer service, will not be ordering again even after spending thousands over the years with them. Customer lost.

Be careful, if you order a hamper because the person won't be in ... Prestige hampers try to deliver next day, completely ignoring the dates you have selected!!
They say it is to stop Royal Mail Congestion then Royal Mail have to go back every working day - so how does that work!?

I ordered a hamper (ord no:9318358) and didn't realise it wouldn't arrive on time - alot of companies would have said you should have checked, and the one I chose was now out of stock, but a very nice person named Kelly in customer services swapped it for a more expensive product (no extra charge) to make sure it got it there on time - great customer service would recommend highly

Spent over £116 on a hamper for a Christmas present, delivery date was 23rd December. It came a week earlier than the day that was chosen which was a bit disappointing as it’s spoilt the surprise a bit. They said it was to avoid the peak time rush but why would you offer me that date then? Why ask for a specific date when they’re gonna send it whenever they want anyway.
I’ve bought gifts from this site many times before and consider go elsewhere next time ,it’s left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was very pleased with the photos of hampers etc. on your website, along with prices.
I am sure the cheese and wine will be delicious, thank you.

AS an 83 year old grandma it just takes me longer to navigate all the questions and check things, but I got there! it was reassuring to get the information that my address was not the one the hamper would be sent to. This has not been the case with other companies. So thanks for that. Martha

Offered me all sorts of credits then could not use them.
They apologised about the IT system issues but no refund.
Web site is designed in such a way that infuriates me wasting my time because of the super complicated structure.
Never again from a very dissatisfied customer.

I have used Prestige hampers for years and have been very happy- until I tried to contact them about a wrong delivery address. The 0800 number can't be called from Australia - so I immediately emailed and tried all their social media to alert them. I got my family in the UK to call the number, but 3 of them were on hold for hours and never got through. When they finally responded, by email they said it was too late - the package was sent 'as per their policy' and then copy and pasted 'the policy' which says to CONTACT THEM if there is an error! Unfortunately, you cant contact them from UK or Australia . If they do reach out, or try to help, I will amend this review. Otherwise I will try and find a different supplier for next year with better customer service.
