I ordered a cheese hamper for my husband for an extra xmas present. Wish I hadn't bothered. £40 for three small truckles of cheese a pkt of oatcakes and the tiniest of pots of chutney. More money spent on packaging and postage instead of content.
Poor.Will not order again.

Hi I am pleased to say prestigehampers sorted the problem out with my hamper after I put a review on trust pilot, and I received a nice hamper to replace the other one , regards pat

The hamper was left on a doorstep without ringing the doorbell (even though someone was home) and was considered a safe place. Needless to say the hamper disappeared. When queried, they didn't want to know. I asked how it was considered a 'safe place' and they kept repeating it was delivered to the correct address.

I ordered 2 hampers as gifts for Christmas. They were advertised as 'festive tea' which included scones, clotted cream, jam, tea etc. The recipient thanked me for the "cake". I asked the recipient to send me a pic of the hampers which confirmed the ordered hampers were not the ones sent. When I contacted customer service, they simply said its in their terms and conditions to change items if required. There was no contact from them prior to changing the hamper or option to cancel. So the recipient was left with a mish mash of items i.e. sponge cake, pot of jam, tea. If only I had read the reviews before ordering!! They also advertise 'Trustpilot- Great 4* reviews' which is not true!!
This company should not be allowed to use the word 'Prestige' in their trading name as neither the product or service comes close to prestige.
You see…their response is ridiculous too!! They seem to think I ordered flowers, even though I mention the hampers in my review!

Next day delivery, oh no, it was handed to Royal Mail for delivery, 4 days later flowers turned up, far from fresh . If you can’t cope with busy times please don’t take orders or change delivery options, obviously Royal Mail wasn’t reliable

My hamper has been delivered wrong day and been left somewhere where I can’t locate it. I’ve contacted customer service and been speaking to Kyle. K who wasn’t helpful at all. She said there’s proof of delivery ( picture of someone’s feet by the way) and that I need to check safe place. Not helpful at all, neither willing to offer any solution.
Absolute joke!
I paid you for the goods which haven’t been delivered. I don’t understand why I need to contact RM when it’s your responsibility to do so, not mine.
I will be posting all the conversation on social media to let people know what kind of “service” you provide.

If you want to order 6 bottles of wine and get 4 in a damaged box, and no help from customer services then this is the company for you!

I live in new Zealand and ordered a hamper on Monday for my niece in bath,it arrived on Tuesday and she was really happy with it,so I feel that it exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a Xmas hamper for delivery to my elderly father on 20th Dec, Royal mail attempted delivery, but did not wait, they also left no calling card so I cannot collect or schedule redelivery. The hamper contained fresh cream, so it is useless now.
Prestige was difficult to contact, live chat is no more than email, there only response so far is to state that delivery has been attempted.
Poor customer service, avoid this company.

I agree with some comments that the hamper price was far over the actual value of contents, e.g. tiny jar of lemon curd, small one glass of wine, bag of crisps, cheap chocolates, disappointing!

I was informed that my chosen hamper was not available - on the afternoon before the delivery day. What was offered instead was either double the price, or completely different (like Christmas hamper - after Christmas!). On their website, my chosen hamper was still available, even after they cancelled my order. So they let you order things that are not available, then cancel the day before delivery. At this point, it was too late to order with someone else, so if you really want your loved one to get a gift - do not trust this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your company prestige hampers. While I expected a professional service, what I received instead was a complete lack of accountability.
When I raised a legitimate issue regarding the delivery of my Christmas hamper present, the company’s response was to dismiss my concerns by quoting their Terms and Conditions. It is clear that they prioritise technicalities over actual customer satisfaction and basic fairness.

This company said on this public platform my issue was resolved. Itt was not.
No communication.
No gift to my friend.
The issue may be resolved for them not for me.
Learn to communicate...don't offer what you can't deliver.

I live in New Zealand and sent a gift box to my family.
I had a note from Royal Mail (their carrier) to say that the gift box was left in our agreed safe place, a shed. Alarm bells rang as I know that our family have no shed. When my family went looking around their property they found it soaking wet by a gate near a driveway at the other end, no where near the actual house. When I wrote to Prestige, they quoted a policy which said that they were told it was delivered, so basically not their problem and they wouldn’t replace or refund me!! What terrible service for an item that was a family Christmas Gift! Shame on you Prestige Hanpers- do not use this AWFUL company !!!

I ordered two hampers for my son, for delivery on 23rd December. One box, the cheaper, was delivered on time. The other, the more expensive one, did not appear at my son's address.
Correspondence with the company was lacklustre at most.
Updating now.
A second hamper was delivered. Did not meter the description
Total disappointment
I still await an explanation and/or compensation.

Please help me resolve this!
Ordered a nice £75 ‘Seasons Best’ hamper for Mum and Dad on 13th Dec, so not a last minute order. They got delivered a small box of cheese and crackers - no hamper at all or anything else. Given my Dad can’t eat cheese this is really upsetting to find this out on Christmas Day!!!

Awful. Hamper arrived and looked absolutely pathetic in comparison to the photos. All items in it were tiny. We paid almost £40, the items in it would have e been worth no more than £5. Contacted customer service who could not have been more unhelpful. We won’t be gifting the hamper to the intended recipient so a complete waste of money. Have instead purchased one from M&S which was £10 cheaper and far more substantial.

If they deliver to the wrong address or if they decide not to deliver your package, this company will keep your money and not give you a refund! Avoid this business like the plague! I’m in the United States and wanted to have a hamper delivered to my friend in London for Christmas. I received an email confirmation of delivery with a photo of the front door. I confirmed with my friend that it is not her apartment. I contacted prestige hampers and they said they would not re-deliver or give a refund because my friend could hunt down wherever they miss delivered it to. This business is a scam. Ask yourself, is this worth the risk?

My dispute is with customer services at Prestige Hampers.
I placed an order on 12/12/25 for a SANTA Hamper to be delivered on Monday 15/12/25 to a family member and within an hour I realised that they might not be home for this delivery, so I immediately emailed back and Georgia altered the date for me to Friday 19/12/25.
On Monday 15/12/25 I had notification from Royal Mail that a delivery from Prestige Hampers was being delivered that day. So I quickly emailed Prestigehampers and Aaron.t responded that they had a lot of deliveries around Christmas time and so that is why my delivery was going out on Monday 15/12/25.
I responded that what was the point of delivery dates if you’re sending out orders Willy Nilly. Luckily it was delivered to the correct address
My argument is why put a delivery date when the supplier has no intention of taking that into consideration. Not impressed at all.
