Very disappointed, I arrived with my late mother’s collection of handbags purses and gloves.
Vintage Versace, Pucci, Kurt Geiger. Most unused, some with original receipts.
Only to be told, there’s no market for vintage!
I was offered £50 for a Versace bag, and £20 for another!
I didn’t bother to show the rest of the collection. I’ll sell the collection individually on eBay. Again very disappointed,

Never used a service like this before but a friend recommended this shop so I collected my broken jewellery and odd earrings that have sat around gathering dust and I was amazed at the price I was offered. Vilma, who looked after me, was amazing explained everything thoroughly, there was no pressure, very highly recommend!!

After an email interaction with Marta, we travelled to London with the diamond we referred to. We were made to feel unwelcome and very quickly dismissed. No proper checks were done and we were told to keep the rings as 'costume jewellery'. The items were certified earth mined diamonds with a vvs1 grading. Maybe if you are busy, you shouldn't allow people to walk in. Really suprised and very disappointed.

A really positive experience at Posh Pawn in Guildford today. As a first timer I had no idea how it all works but I was put at ease and offered a really professional service. Staff were lovely and explained everything to me. They even helped me send digital ID from my phone. Thank you.
