Lack of customer service. I've ordered some eyeshadows at the beginning of December, still not been delivered and no tracking link was provided. I've contacted PLC via email and Instagram multiple times with no response which makes it impossible to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.
I still have not received my order since November 27 but the money has already been taken from my account, it is inadmissible and we do not answer my emails and my messages on instagram !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Never received my delivery. Ordered on December 13th. Still waiting over a month later and with no response from them via email or chat.

I had a bad shopping experience with this store. I bought some products on black friday 2022 and after 2 months without any response to the numerous emails sent, I was always answered with a delay of weeks. Saying that they would refund me the amount paid, but to date they have not responded and have not paid the amount due.
Love love LOVE these glitters!!!! I have been after something like this for AGES and have watched out online and found this little gem. Amazing company and fab products.
The glitters are soooo varied and stunning and massively pigmented and packed with glitter.
I have very hooded eyes and they don’t crease at all and last ages.
Also, a tiny bit goes a really long way. Fabulous products. NOT a scam. Delivery took a while as they did a brilliant offer on Black Friday, that combined with loads of orders, mail strikes and Christmas delayed it a bit more than usual but was still fairly quick. Will defo buy more!

Ordered 3 pallets on November 10th #1782 and still haven’t received them. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have tried to contact them and they don’t respond. I got scammed 😞

Now into the middle of February and still nothing. I have sent numerous emails and have even commented on Tiktok and Instagram. All messages get deleted. I have not been rude. I see that their “customer service” is commenting back on these reviews trying to say that they are not scammers. You have so many reviews saying you have not fulfilled these orders. Just know Karma is a b**** and so are you.

So, I’ve bought twos palettes and receive only one. And I can’t even call that a palette, since i had to assemble it myself.
I did not receive any stuff for following my package, receive it 1oe 2 month after (even if it’s written shipped like 2 days after I command it) and have to pay fees.
The glitter aren’t like the adds, it’s not pretty and it’s very chemical.
I wanted to put 2 stars but the owner of PLC try to put my review down cause I wasn’t « genuine » lol.

I made on order on Black Friday (25/11/2022) but it has still not been received. I have contacted the company through email, direct message on Instagram, and left a comment on their Instagram post of 14/12/2022 ("I ordered this weeks ago but it hasn't arrived :( I have sent dm, please help!") but have had no response. I note that the website states there is a 7 day delay, but for 6 weeks my order status has been "We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status." I would love to receive my order, and review the product itself.
I ordered from this company a month ago and still haven’t received my order. Emailed several times asking for an update and also messaged on Instagram and Tiktok. It is very strange as it seems any negative comments are either deleted or not approved on their accounts as I have several friends who haven’t received orders either and their comments seem to disappear from the platform. I have no idea whether this company is a scam or not, I would just like an update on my order as it was supposed to be a Christmas present and as you can imagine in the current cost of living climate, I cannot afford to throw away money on products which I may never receive. I hope this company can come to some sort of solution as I know I am not the only one really disappointed by it. I was really excited for these products to arrive as they do look amazing online but now I’m just not sure of this company’s intentions.
UPDATE -
I finally received two out of three products of my order on the 9th of January. I am still missing the Face and Body Pigment in Champagne. I have sent emails on 16/01, 29/01 and 20/02 and still have not had an outcome. Hoping for a solution as it is very disappointing to think I placed this order 4 months ago almost.

Definitely a scam ordered week ago messaged them on TikTok and Instagram also emailed them and had no response they have now deleted there TikTok page because people are commenting including myself about them being a scam really disgusting how people can do this and get away with it when people are struggling with money as it is so angry I really hope they get caught out eventually

Spent 60 treating myself and I don’t make a lot of money. The products never turned up and when I messsged them twice, they never got back to me. On top of this they tried to take this post down.
Update- my products have arrived after a month but better late then never. They are very beautiful, I look forward to useing them. They are a lot smaller than I expected but are still very pretty. Would probably only buy again if they are reduced.

Would rate lower if possible, no order received after ordering over 4 weeks ago! They’re still posting all over TikTok, completely unfair that they have our money and we have no product! Please issue a refund if you cannot fulfil the order!!!
Very underwhelming and overpriced. I bought a glitter pot for face and body which has been advertised a lot on social media, I highly recommend against it. Firstly, the pot looks bigger in the videos, secondly even the size of the pot that does come is half way filled. I measured it and it comes to a table spoon of actual product. I paid £7.50 for it plus shipping. So for my opinion I highly suggest you look somewhere else. Furthermore, there is no communication with the staff if you have any questions or complaints. Ive tried to email and dm them numerous times and no one has gotten back to me.UPDATE... I have seen the reply they have sent in regards to my comment and I have just checked on their website and it doesn’t state anywhere the grams of the products.. just to clarify

Same thing as everybody else its a scam… didn’t answer any e-mails even the consumer union from Belgium send you. They work with lawyers so you will hear from them. I orderd also at Black Friday and I didn’t receive anything from them. Its almost New Years Eve… It doesn’t matter if an order takes long bcs of Black Friday but that they didn’t even answer that is a problem…

There is something wrong with this company. Either they are out of stock or out of senses. When your trapped customer pays you hard earned money off that means they deserve atleast a reply. I placed an order on 24th nov. I chose express delivery and it was CLEARLY mentioned express delivery (1-3 days). When i didnt received any dispatch text i went back to website and it wasnt working. I sent them msgs on insta. NO REPLY. I sent them email NO REPLY.
They got enough time to post their products on insta but no time to reply the customers they have taken money already. Even i commented on their post, they nicely ignored it. WOW!
I ordered it for my sister and was supposed to bring it along to dubai on 7th dec. Now even if they post it its useless for me and no one is at home to receive it. I kept informing about my travel dates through insta and email which they never bothered to reply. Kept asking for refund.
Now i am only left with one option that i open a dispute to get my money back through bank.
Hats off to wonderful service. I will never recommend to anyone. Just want to get rid.

Ok fine you have got VERY HIGH VOLUME of orders and the team is definitely not enough to work competently but refund is just a click away by only 1 person. Like how many days needed to process?
