Even 1 star is generous!!

I ordered over £1000 worth of stuff back in July and i’m still waiting for half the items! After hours and hours of being on hold, emailing and chasing… still i’m waiting! Twice in all my hours of chasing, someone answered and told me they would call back, i’m still weeks on! This company has used excuses such as… the postage sticker was lost, the sinks were returned due to them being damaged and they didn’t know which order they were linked too?! I then was promised on a monday, delivery would be made by 6pm on friday… and yes what… i’m still waiting! Awful company, stay away!

Easy to order . Communication not good - difficult to get hold of and emails not responded to. However after lots of trying someone v helpful and apologetic and product arrived next day . Product exactly as described

What a rubbish company

Parts ordered 1st of October have still not arrived.
1st call waited 40 minutes to get through and had teh phone put doen on me.
Called again and was told someone would call back within the hour.
No one called back so called again and still no one is picking up. There is no one replying to the chat online either. It shouldnt be this difficult to find out where an order is.

Good price and good service with a decent product.

Sarah was very patient with my millions and one questions, purchased my unit and it is stunning.

Everything that I ordered was delivered on time. The delivery team was very accommodating. Would recommend the company as our overall service has been a fantastic experience.

I don't know what happened to my order, it was delayed for some time. Eventually the manager got in touch after I complained and he arranged for my delivery to be made by one of his own drivers as the DX delivery company had broken the porcelain when they dumped it on my front doorstep and broke it when they knew I wasn't in.
So I am very grateful that I was given the personal treatment and this was sorted out.

Rapid delivery with good customer service availability.

Ordered the Banyetti mini cloakroom unit in Mattblack, looks absolutely stunning and perfect for the space, thank you prime bathrooms.

Not answering phone and the communication in very very bad and sent me shower enclosure which is not what I pay for. I paid a lot of money Optim Noir 8mm Matt black and they sent me one which is not showing any description on it?

This is one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune of dealing with, in a long time. I ordered a bench radiator. Excellent price which was debited from my account immediately. The promised 7 to 10 day delivery past with no hint of the item. After two weeks I tried email, with no luck. I tried calling the customer service number on the website, which is answered automatically and it goes on hold indefinitely. Eventually I had to raise a dispute with Barclaycard to get a refund. I would call the customer service number before you make a purchase.

My order came within a few days of checking out online which was handy as the plumber showed up a few days later.

Haven’t received such good customer support and attentive service in as long as I can remember ! So refreshing to have such good followup & support from the purchase right through to delivery and then after installation too !
Fergus was absolutely spot on in his customer service and is an asset to the team there and hopefully he is an accurate representative of all the customer service at Prime Bathrooms. The personal approach really does work !!
