A awful company to deal with. Poor communication. Ordered two items from Prime Bathrooms which in fairness were delivered very fast, however, once of the items I did not require anymore and the company was terrible to deal with for returning and refunding. Multiple emails day after day and chasing for returning the item, and they did not pick up the phone at all, end up on hold without anyone answering my calls. The item was returning via Royal Mail tracking and they did not process the refund and did not reply to any email messages or calls. Avoid this company. Very poor customer service.

Got in touch with an item that was fault, had a replacement within 2 working days.

Bought a mirror cabinet a ew months ago and had an issue with the light. Contacted customer support and jane replied quickly and replaced the faulty item. Excellent good customer service

I ordered 2 complete bathroom suits for our renovation project, the whole process was relevantly smooth. The attention to detail for customers was something that stood out to me.

Opened our packages after having sat in the garage for a couple of weeks, was slightly worried as the box was damaged. Thankfully the shower tray was fine and all was good.

Charles turned what was going to be a negative review in to a positive. My order arrived damaged which was frustrating as I had builders on site, after I got through and explained Charles took over my order and had a replacement with me quickly.

Delivery was made quickly and the product came very well packaged

No fuss, no muss. we ordered on the Sunday and by Wednesday morning our items showed up at our doorstep. couriers called us an hour prior so we knew to be in, this was a very handy part of the experience.

The quality of the sink unit was better than expected considering the relatively cheap price tag, me and the missus were pleasantly surprised.

Iv already reviewed. Still nothing back. Totally ignored as a customer. Left with broken product. Don't know how this business survives.

What a bunch of thieves !!! Unfortunately like many below I did not read the reviews before. These guys are to be avoided at all costs. They never deliver, you can’t contact them and they never call you back. Looking into taking legal action against them

Item never arrived. Impossible to contact. Eventually got money back through PayPal. Avoid this company.

Site was easy to order on, never received order confirmation had to call and ask for it to be sent, no tracking, £19.99 for delivery between 7-12 days, received order 14 working days later! When u call there always busy no one seems to answer, I ordered through wise bathrooms so I’m still confused why it’s prime bathrooms, trying to contact them by phone is impossible and email is not much better send around 4 to get 1 reply, when I received my order it was the wrong item that was sent, again calling can’t seem to get anyone so I went on chat and asked for a number to call which I was told to give them my number and someone would call me not sure why they refuse to give u an actual number to speak to someone, to be fair someone did call with a no caller Id and he did sort the issue out waited 2 days for the right part to come so not sure why I waited 14 days in the 1st place

unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your bathroom supply needs. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises.

Have ordered shower cubicle from this company after seeing it as in stock on their website at the time of ordering (13 th April 2024). Delivery was to be in 7-12 working days.
No contact from them till 24th April. Tried to call number of times but as others reviewers have mentioned that Nobody answers the phone line. Was fortunate yesterday that someone answered the phone and said cubicle has been sent to delivery company 5 days back & will call me later on to give details of delivery company. Nobody has called till now. Have spent 3 hrs since morning on phone but no body has answered the call. I am not sure whether cubicle has really been sent to delivery company or not.
Will contact credit card company to withhold the payment and dispute it if does not receive delivery by Monday 29th April
Wish I had never ordered from this company.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Seemed as though they could get an earlier delivery for an item I wanted than their competitors. They delivered a sink unit within a few days of the order but the basin, due to arrive three weeks later, never arrived. No response to emails, phone rings out. Last week they finally picked up, item to be delivered on Wednesday (over a month late). They generated a FedEx label but never actually put it on a parcel and sent anything. Have contacted my credit card company to get a refund for a sink that never arrived and a unit that's useless without it. DO NOT USE.

Not happy. Ordered item. Never received any messages from them. Tried to call multiple times and after a month finally was able to connect to ask about delivery state and they promised to call me back after checking information. Sure, they didn’t callback. Next week they I was lucky to connect one more time and they said that item I ordered is out of stock. They said that there is similar item that they can deliver within week and promised to send photos over e-mail for me to see. No e-mail. Week after I was lucky again and I asked them to send me an e-mail during call and finally they sent an e-mail and said that I can respond to it if proposed item works for me. I responded that it works because I can’t wait more and asked for estimates delivery date. And sure, they did nothing about it. No response. I sent multiple e-mails over this 2 months, never get response. I think in total I spent already around 10 hours just holding on the line and waiting response and was able to connect 3 times which I think great success. Then I decided to write this review and after posting it in 2 hours I received call from PrimeBathroom customer support and they said that they have seen review and item will be delivered next Monday. In the end item (the one that I agreed instead of one I initially ordered) delivered. Nothing broken, looks good and works as expected.

AWFUL COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!! I bought a basin from them and paid £34.99 for ‘express delivery’, the product wasn’t even despatched until the last day of the ‘express delivery’ period and that was only because I started chasing. I still didn’t receive the product until over 2 weeks after my original order, you can’t speak to anyone on the phone, their web chat is slow if you get an answer. I got promised call backs but these didn’t happen until I then chased again. When speaking to the delivery company even they knew they were a terrible company to order from. I had to keep chasing and chasing, awful experience and by the sounds of it I’m not the only one. DO NOT USE THEM!

No contact from Prime Bathrooms re shipping details. Phone number is not answered, just rings out... Multiple emails sent, enquiring about shipping details, again no response from their sales team.
Spoke with Wise Bathrooms, who are listed as the seller, on the receipt. I was told they would get the sales team to contact me, when I asked him for their number so I could phone them, guess what I was given the sales number which always rings out!
Wise Bathrooms, stated that they don't why their details are shown on the receipt, as its nothing. to do with them. Avoid purchasing anything from Prime or Wise Bathrooms!
