Great experience and assistants from mike to help me with our shower enclosure and delivery was on time too...

Ordered a shower screen on 7th January. Never arrived, no correspondence. Still waiting for refund. e mailed 3 times ignored, so will stop via Amex and Paypal

The item I received is a fake mirror. Not only is the item fake, it arrived without a switch (physical or IR) or a demister pad.

I haven't received a reply to my email for a refund. I will get a refund through Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

Interestingly, Prime Bathrooms seems to be a front for Wise Bathrooms, as this appeared on my online receipt. I've had similar dealings with Wise Bathrooms where items are 'out of stock', didn't arrive etc. I submitted a similar bad review for Wise Bathrooms.

In summary, the guys behind this fraudulent outfit need nuked off the internet.

Still waiting for our refund after multiple back and forwards

My mirror was delivered broken (which was due to the delivery company). However, to get a refund i have been chasing Prime bathrooms for over 3 weeks via email and phone and have had no response at all.
I would not recommend.

Delivery problems, took 6 weeks to get a shower tray, multiple calls and took recorded delivery letter to get anything done. This was the express delivery service.

I ordered a bath and it never came. I only got a response after about a month of calls/emails saying it was out of a stock but despite this still couldn't even get a refund.

Honestly just avoid this company. Horrific from top to bottom.

We were never sent the tap we ordered and have still not received a refund. No reply when we contacted them. Would not use this company ever.

My items were delivered within 26 hours of ordering. Now that is service with a smile!

I bought a toilet suite and it’s simply superb! The design is top-notch and installation was a walk in the park. The quality is excellent and comfortable, plus Tom from Prime Bathrooms showed exceptional customer service, he helped me choose which items would suit me best and to top it off gave me a 10% discount on my entire order. I wholeheartedly recommend Prime Bathrooms for its quality and performance.

I ordered a vanity unit with toilet and paid for quick delivery. This was on the 28th of July. On the 8th of August after numerous attempts to contact them, I was told it was out of stock and would receive a full refund. Its now the 9th of September and still no refund and cannot get on contact with them.we have tried various ways and nothing. I would avoid using prime bathrooms.

Excellent all round. Latest style of all fixtures for bathrooms. Great customer service. Very good with delivery times and very flexible. Can’t be beaten on anything price, quality and customer service. Have used many times a will be doing again. Always one I recommend.
