Fitted both my bathrooms and they had the perfect range for all my requirements.

Couldn’t be any happier.

Plus such great customer service for those who have no idea about bathrooms !

Please do not order from here...scam company

Ordered a bath online and went seamlessly, money left account, order confirmation seemed legit.
Few days later, I called to enquire, someone finally answered after about 20 times calling in the space of an hour, I was informed it would be "Monday" (this was Thursday) for a despatch timeframe. So despatching one week after ordering.
No despatch email on Monday, called many times on Tuesday, no answer at all. Emailed them directly.
Email came back offering me a smaller sized lesser quality bath for the same price. My bath was not in stock, yet still available online to order.
Emailed with a refund request whilst, I was told refund would be processed instantly. 12 working days later, no refund.
Chargeback process started with my credit card.

Some further digging has revealed,:
Owners of prime bathrooms are registered under The Bathroom Range at the company address, accounts overdue on companies house, with some dissolved businesses and a number of associates all strangely at similar addresses..says it all.
Reported to authorities for fraud, so hopefully will stop this from happening again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT AND HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE MISERY OF A CHARGEBACK.

Terrible customer experience

Placed bathroom radiator order on 20 June. 2 months down the line, still haven’t received the order. No response on email, no follow up. Can’t get hold on phone. Super frustrating and terrible customer experience.

This company are happy to take your money and that's it!!!!. After that...no contact!!!!! At all!!!! They never answer your phone calls or emails!!!!.

Amazing work from PRIME bathrooms.

Keith Bain from PRIME bathrooms has done an exceptional job, with installing a new shower.

As person:

His focus on honesty, integrity and excellence is unprecedented.

(From any tradesman I've used)

We had 1 visit on Thursday 11th August, and returned the following day to complete the job!

Keith's qualities include:

Very High standards towards customer satisfaction,

Trustworthy, hard work ethics, and exceptional time management skills.

(Only 2 hours for the entire job!)

Job description:

* uninstall old enclosed thermostatic shower
* adaptions and pipework for new outlets for new shower
* prep walls for wet wall panel install
* install of new wet wall panels
* Install of new thermostatic shower
* installed of current shower bath screen
* silicone sealant

Fantastic work from Keith and his business partner, Bruno.

Both are amazing workers.

100% recommended.

Terrible - No contact or delivery

I ordered a shower tray and paid for Express Delivery (3-6 days), I received no email order confirmation so sent an email after two days for an update, I received no response so tried phoning, voicemail was an automated BT message - no answer. It is now 12 days from placing the order (8 working days later) and still no response from my email or a delivery. Really really bad service, I would definitely not recommend. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and I will hopefully get my money back.

They won’t deliver and will just ignore you

We ordered a bath from this website and it simply hasn’t arrived. The delivery info states 3-6 working days but we’ve had no delivery and no communication. Despite emailing numerous times and phoning, there has been no answer. We will have to try and get our money back through the credit card provider, plus had to spend money elsewhere to complete our bathroom. Avoid this website!

What kind of company is this?

I ordered an Atlas quadrant shower enclosure, tray & waste from Prime Bathrooms. It didn’t arrive within the quoted 7-10 day delivery time and it was hassle from then on. Communication with this company is a nightmare. I eventually spoke to somebody who said he would chase it up. I did get a delivery date but only after numerous requests over many days. When it eventually arrived it was missing some important parts so my whole project had to be put on hold again causing me a lot of angst and costing time & money.
I ordered other goods for my bathroom from other on line companies and it was only Prime Bathrooms who were a pain to deal with. What sort of company is this?

I ordered a vanity unit and basin from…

I ordered a vanity unit and basin from Prime Bathrooms, which was cheaper than buying from another larger outlet.
I paid for the quick delivery service and the items arrived within 4 days.

Items came well packaged, undamaged and quickly.
My only criticism would be that communication regarding delivery didn’t exist. I was not emailed/text to tell me when my item would arrive so spent some time ringing Prime Bathrooms (multiple times because the lines ring out) to enquire about delivery.

Overall - great items, on time but poor communication/updates.

Poor contact

Ordered a sink and pedestal.
Delivery advised 7-12 working days.
Delivery date passed with no contact.
When I queried why they hadn't contacted me they said Delivery was scheduled for that week with no apology or explanation.
That Delivery date passed with no contact.
Having left a negative review I was then contacted by phone with an explanation, an apology, and an offer to refund delivery charges.
The items were subsequently delivered satisfactorily.
I am happy with the resolution but it is a shame that they didn't keep better track of their deliveries and that they didn't keep me up to date with a revised eta.

SCAMMERS!

Still waiting after 4 months for an item that was in stock 7-12 day delivery. There is no customer service whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER ! They will just take your money and ignore you from then on.

Awful initial experience but now resolved

I placed an order for 3 items on 4 April 2023 and paid in full. Delivery was stated to be 7-12 working days but to date I've received nothing. I've contacted them twice but no response so I have no idea what's happening. What I do know is that they have had my money for over a month and seem content to leave it up to me to try and get a refund through Paypal. I would think very carefully before using this company.

James from the company contacted me to resolve the issue and I have now received 2 of the items and a refund for the third item that was no longer available. Thanks James for sorting this out. I have re-rated my experience at 3 stars as there was a genuine apology and commitment to get things sorted for me.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and paid for Express Delivery. When after 5 days I checked whether the unit would arrive the following day I was told it was out of stock and the supplier had issues. I wanted to find out when it could be delivered which was circa 5 weeks later and therefore too late for me. Then apparently one unit was miraculously found in the warehouse and apparently sent out express delivery. The courier had received the delivery request but not the item. Now another two weeks later, no unit has arrived and Prime Bathrooms have not picked up the phone, leaving me listening to their hold music for hours on end and not responding to any voicemails left after hours of holding. Terrible customer service and I would not use again. I am now trying to get a refund.

Product Great - Service very poor

Branded product all just fine. Packaging great. But communication appalling. Constant chasing of order and scant regards to them. Product did eventually arrive, but way later than originally advised. I would definitely NOT use them again...
