Terrible service. Nobody answers the phone or returns voicemails. No reply to emails. States 7-12 working days for delivery. My item has not arrived after the allocated time and no updates on an ETA. Will now need a refund as had to source elsewhere. I expect that to be as difficult as every other aspect of Prime Bathrooms!!!!!

I’ve just ordered my product from Florida for my Glasgow flat, I was working with Ferguson from Blackburn, he was patient, considerate and helped me tremendously with my purchase, he gets 5 stars.

I was a bit cynical buying from prime bathrooms due to the reviews, however i spoke to Taj and he was fantastic. He made the entire process straightforward and got my items delivered earlier than anticipated. Amazing customer service!

Great service & Great Product, i spoke to someone called Tom who had helped me with what i needed and assisted me with the delivery date too.

Although there was some negative reviews, I decided to take a chance on these guys and was pleasantly surprised. Goods arrived in a timely manner and all looks well.

Never recieved the item and then told lies on the phone

I paid for a 3-7 day delivery and it took 12 days before the product arrived. I rang Prime Bathrooms to find out when the basin and drawers would arrive and they promised me another date but the product still didn't come. I emailed them to complain but had no response.

My bathroom fitter had to come back and finish the job which was a huge inconvenience.

To top it all I paid over £400 for my product and it is poor quality. Wont shop with Prime Bathrooms again.

I managed to buy a product displayed on the website as available which had been discontinued. I learnt a week or so later that I was not going to get it at all. Payment was taken though. Not good. Website clearly not up to date! I have two wait 10 working days for my money!!!

Ordered radiator on 25th Nov. Spoke to them several times about when it was to be delivered. Spoke to them on Mon and they said they would find out where it is and call me back in an hr, still waiting. Not answering calls or messages at all now steer well clear. Did arrive in the end but any company that only deals with customers via WhatsApp is a no no.

I have waited 4 weeks for my shower tray, even though they stated 7-10 days for delivery, only to now be informed that it has been damaged in transit and I will be getting a refund. No offer of a replacement.

Good quality and fair price. I was frustrated being unable to track the delivery or get a date and timeslot when the delivery would be made. It arrived when I was out! Fortunately I took a phone call from Prime Bathrooms when delivery vehicle had arrived and I was able to say where items could be safely left.

Placed an order early November with a one to two week delivery time. At the end of the delivery time, tried messaging and calling but not answer. Eventually found you need to call at specific hours not listed on their website. When I managed to speak to someone they said the item was out of stock but at no point did anyone try to contact me with regards to this. Did manage to get a refund hence the two stars so is not a complete scam but a big waste of time.

We ordered a few items and everything came quickly. Pleased with the service

Unit sent with the wrong legs, communicated with them about the issue and they said they were very slow to reply and eventually said they'd send the legs. They never sent the legs so quite disappointed with the service.

Had my eyes on my the Optimus vanity for a long time, finally went on offer and had to steal myself a bargain, delivery came yesterday, cant wait for my plumber to fit it this weekend

Was a good experience, items were delivered within specified time frame.

Product is wrong and the website had very limited information.

Web chat function doesn’t seem to work and very poor customer service via phone

Fast delivery service, ordered 2 x vado phase taps got delivered this morning

Customer service was excellent. Can’t fault them at all. The item was also delivered quite quickly.

20 days in.. paid for express delivery, one unit arrived late and smashed to bits, absolutely no idea where the other unit is. Could you please respond to my Wattsapp messages ASAP.
