Was a little wary of ordering online
Was a little wary of ordering online, I much prefer buying in person, however I could not find the tap I needed anywhere else, I was left with no choice. I ordered from Prime Bathrooms and was kept up to date every step of the way. The tap arrived 4 days later and was perfect.

Didn't receive order in time stated…
Didn't receive order in time stated (7-12 days). Kept emailing and phoning no response but finally they answered call. Item wasn't in stock which was annoying as shouldnt have accepted order but they are still advertising the product now saying in stock.
Hash was great when finally spoke to him and he refunded money straight away.
Will not entertain ordering from this company in future

Bought the vinci frame off prime bathrooms and my plumbers have just installed it in my bathroom, Taj is a credit to their team and cant wait to start on my next bathroom. Items were well packaged and delivered quite quick. Delivery did say 7 to 12 days but item arrived within 3 days of me ordering
