This company told me they were closing and couldn't do my bathroom. They gave me 40% back but then still send less in the check. Now I see they never closed and are scamming people again.

I paid for my two bathrooms 2 months earlier and needed the delivery to be delayed. PB offered me the option to hold my order and delivered everything well packaged last week. Very happy with the quality products and delivery service received. Would recommend

We ordered a toilet on the 30th August and they told us it had been dispatched. Now 2 months, 3 phone calls, and a voicemail later, and there is still no update. This is preventing us from completing our bathroom and moving in. We won’t be ordering from here again.
After a certain big brand company let me down, I turned to Prime Bathrooms in my time of need. Boy oh boy did they not disappoint. They were clear on what they could deliver and when, and they stuck to their word. I appreciate everything they did for me. I saved a fortune in plumbing charges. Thank you so much!
As with the (many) other bad reviews I had a terrible experience with Prime Bathrooms.
- Beyond the order confirmation I got no communication from Prime Bathrooms that it had been dispatched or even acknowledged
- Impossible to get hold of anyone via phone, email and messages on their website and I wasted a huge amount of my time trying to do so
- When the product eventually arrived (late) it was the wrong product
- When I did eventually manage to get through to anyone they lied repeatedly about when the items would be delivered (verified by the courier who seemed very surprised when I called them on the day of delivery to check on when it would arrive as they hadn’t even been instructed to pick up the pallet yet)
- The correct product eventually arrived but over a week later I still have the old one. Prime Bathrooms sent a courier to collect this at one point who refused due to it not being wrapped up - PB knew this before booking them, not to mention that clearly I would have had to remove the cling film style packaging to discover it was incorrect in the first place. Customers are not required to provide specialist packaging.
I only wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering as it would have saved me a lot of time and delays. I am doing a bathroom renovation at the moment and everywhere else I have ordered from has been fantastic. It says a lot that at the time of writing this they have the same number of one star reviews as 5 star reviews. Hopelessly incompetent operations and non existent customer service. If you haven’t already had the misfortune of ordering before reading these multiple bad reviews like I did, save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Useless. No communication, no reply to email. Had to claim money back from PayPal after a month of waiting.

Excellent service on the webchat when i was asking for product information. Goods delivered on time and they feel and look great quality and just what we liked.
Ordered a basin unit on 14th September, still not arrived. I did try calling a few time, no answer, emailed, no answer. Sent a what’s app message which answered after 24 hours and spoke to a member of their team who quickly advised me of the issue and within a week I’ve got the basin, albeit a slight difference in design but I was given some options and I’m happy. I would use the company again.

Absolutely dreadful!
- Ordered a shower fitting. Beyond acknowledgment of the order, no communication nothing, and it took more than 2 weeks after multiple attempts at contact for them to come back and say that they did not have the ability to fulfil the order
- Refund then took another three days for them to say that a refund would be coming, which then took another 5 days to occur.
If you have 'phantom' stock... OK, I get it, that can happen. But the manner in which this company chooses to (not) deal with it's customers is quite simply atrocious.

Said you had it online. Paid for it. Then notified a couple of weeks later it was no longer produced and out of stock. Refunded. It stopped being produced by the manufacturer a year ago..!! So why was it on there. Just frustrating

Placed order 24/09/22, called 29/09/22 no answer and unable to leave a message, emailed 29/09/22 no answer, called again 30/09/22 no answer and unable to leave a message. I need to confirm installation to customer. Unable to do this after a week. Very poor service
