This company told me they were closing and couldn't do my bathroom. They gave me 40% back but then still send less in the check. Now I see they never closed and are scamming people again.
Definitely recommend these guys for your bathroom! Modern bathrooms to fit any size …. Fitted both my bathrooms and they had the perfect range for all my requirements. Couldn’t be any happier... See more

I had a really positive experience with this company.
Ordered 2 optim vanity units, very high quality products and quick delivery
Our item has arrived damaged. It is impossible to get through to anyone to discuss it. No one answers the phone or responds to messages/emails.

Reply from Prime Bathrooms
Absolutely dreadful experience ordering from this company. I ordered a shower online in early June, which was shown on their website as “in stock”.
After 2 weeks of waiting for it to arrive, I tired to contact them via their online chat facility on the website - complete waste of time, as nobody responded. I then sent an Email, and eventually received a reply which said the item wasn’t actually in stock at all, and I that would be refunded via my original payment method. Surprise, surprise……. no repayment, and no response to my follow up Emails chasing it !
After numerous attempts, I eventually managed to get a response via their online chat facility, and finally received my refund - 6 weeks after they had first taken the payment !
Claiming on your website that an item is in stock when it clearly isn’t is misleading, and I would have gone elsewhere if I had known that.
Responding to customer queries promptly and honestly is an important part of any business, one which Prime Bathrooms don’t seem to care about.
Thanks to their misleading website, and delaying tactics, they’ve had the benefit of over £450 of my money for six weeks.
I only wish it were possible to leave a minus 5* review - in my opinion this company certainly does not deserve 1 star.
We ordered a shower screen, which arrived without the return panel.
We ordered a washbasin which arrived in a terrible condition - packaging had clearly been soaking wet many times and was massively 'disintegrated'. This packaging had to be discarded as it literally fell apart as we tried to (very carefully) open it. When we removed the washbasin we found it covered in rodent droppings.
We ordered a cabinet for the washbasin - Mino design (which is a medium grey concrete effect). The box was labelled Mino. It had clearly been opened before, so Prime Bathrooms must have known that the box did not contain the Mino concrete effect item - it contained very light grey wood effect panels, which looked very cheap and nasty. Also some of the panels were missing, and all the metal parts, such as the joining plates and drawer runners were also missing.
I contacted Prime Bathrooms many times to get them to sort these issues out and had no luck. They did not respond to any of my emails or answer any phone calls. Eventually I informed them that I wanted them to collect these incomplete/unacceptable items and issue a full refund. Again, over a month later I had heard nothing.
Eventually I contacted American Express (my payment method) and sent them all the photographs and correspondence I had sent to Prime Bathrooms. They refunded my account with my £598 payment immediately and are now in the process of chasing up Prime Bathrooms themselves... I wish them luck with that!
I would say do not touch this awful company with a bargepole. If you are thinking of using them, check out all their awful reviews online (as I only wish I had done). On the few occasions I actually got to speak to someone, I got the distinct impression that they are running this 'business' from someone's home, and from the look of the items i image they are stored in a leaky, cramped shed!
I cannot unrecommend them enough.
BE WARNED. Pay a bit more and go to one of the many well known online suppliers - I have used most of them recently and always received excellent service.
NB: I have dated the service 10/06 - which is a guess, as I don't have time to check at the moment, but it was around then.
Hash in customer service great guy to deal with
Products are great delivery was great
Keep it up will use again
Placed an order for a bath and paid extra for express shipping which was 3-6 working days. Bath never turned up, unable to contact anyone via telephone, email or online chat. Left many messages which were ignored. This must be a business ran from home as number is landline which rings and goes to BT voicemail. Was only able to get refund via my bank as logged as fraudulent. Do not use!
Quick delivery happy with service, would use again
If I could have entered no stars I would have but it would not allow me to write anything! VERY disappointing unprofessional service (not that you can call it that!). Thank goodness for PP who refunded me as I do not believe this is an actual business based on the lack of contact/response/comms etc etc......
Zero customer service, item never arrived and I had to request a refund via PayPal
Ordered a Bath Screen. Arrived within 2 days very well packed and protected. Thanks
I placed an order on 21st June for 2 toilet seats. I immediately emailed the company to ask them to cancel 1 of the seats and process a refund. No corresppdnce from them at all, despite me emailing them, finally I emailed them on the 28th June- after 2 toilet seats were delviered! I said I was very unhappy with their sevice and would would write a review on trustpilot to this effect. Surprise, surprise a response instantly from them, there was hope!! they said they would arrange collection of the unwanted toilet seat-alas, I have heard nothing since and still waiting on my refund- really appauliing customer service and after sale care- would not recomend- there are many companies who pride themselves on looking after their customers this is not one of them!
