I recently purchased some persoanlised bunting and party hats ahead of my son's surprise 21st birthday party. I did leave it a little late to order these items; unfortunately they were delayed in the post with Royal Mail. I called and emailed and had an instant response from Ray who printed more up and got them dispatched the very same day. I did question if he would be out of pocket to which Ray replied his customer service was paramount to him. As luck would have it all sets turned up ahead of the party. Service was stellar, items were of brilliant quality, I will most definitely use again if only on the basis to support wonderful small businesses like this. Thanks Ray - you are a star!

Really fantastic! Ordered personalised 40th birthday decorations. The company was so helpful in meeting a tight deadline (next day delivery) and called me to make sure it was sent by fast post. All arrived in time and it was excellent quality. The decorations made the birthday very special. Thank you!

Great quality photos on a stick of a friend who couldn’t make it to Vegas so we took lots of photos with her in them…really funny and she was delighted! Service really good to.

A fantastic customer service team. I ordered quite a few bits for my dad’s 60th birthday. Royal Mail failed to deliver and were so unhelpful. I called up the printed little things customer service team and they were able to advise and give me tracking numbers etc and I now have my parcel ready to take on my dad’s 60th birthday holiday. Without question the team considered reprinting even though the error was not their fault. This wasn’t an option as I have a quick turn around for a flight. Thank you so much!! I’ll make sure to take pictures and send them online. The items are perfect and super high quality I’m delighted!!

Ordered photo confetti for a special birthday. Website really easy to navigate especially to for uploading the personalisation. Straightforward payment and effective communication with the customer services team. Confetti arrived swiftly and packaging was excellent - plain brown paper bag secured with a sticker, wrapped within a waterproof layer. Easily recycled. Product was in glorious technicolour and exactly as described. Although it was expensive, it is a quality product and I would recommend.

I bought some personalised party hats for a party not realising that they would arrive too late. I popped them an email to ask to either cancel or pay for faster postage. Their response was super fast, I paid an additional £3 postage and it arrived the next day. The product itself is extremely high quality and worth every penny. I've ordered about 3 times now- photo bunting for birthdays- I give them like a birthday card and everyone has loved them.
The quality is good and production/ delivery has been quick. When I had a query about how my photo would be cropped, they were very responsive.The products are good fun and I'll definitely be ordering again.
