Excellent on the phone with advice and understanding. Absolute wow in person. So impressed if only schools were this good too. My children felt comfortable confident and reassured. The way Frank tuned in and could be different per child's needs too, amazing.

Highly recommend coming here for your diagnosis, my daughter was diagnosed with autism back in July & was put on a waiting list for 4 years to have an adhd assessment. As adhd runs in the family you just know as a parent so I decided to go private to frank & charlotte.

Was not waiting long at all for an assessment date and would just like to say I’m glad I came here.

We met frank and charlotte and just want to say how professional they both was. With my daughter not been able to sit still for longer than 5 minutes and very repetitive both frank and charlotte was understanding and supportive.

We went to Frank after a long wait on the right to choose for our 15 year old daughter. To start off Frank put my daughter at ease, listened to everything we had to say also understood everything. Very professional service I would absolutely recommend Private adhd assessment Doncaster.
Our diagnosis was accepted at college and by my GP and also CHAMS, who were impressed by such a thorough report. We are now on the waiting list through them for medication. This is in the Kirklees area. Please don’t wait or hesitate, we had a long time of uncertainty and things are now in place to get the support our daughter needs.

I can’t praise Frank and Charlotte enough. Even prior to booking they advised me and guided me. Booking the appointment was straight forward and quick. Yes it can be seen as expensive but with the payment plan being available it couldn’t be better. The thought of waiting years on a waiting list wasn’t an option when little legs is delayed in school and urgently needs help to catch up. Frank was so approachable, friendly, and put both myself and little legs at ease. I felt heard and he made me feel supported and as though there is now hope.

We had a very positive experience. Frank has a natural rapport with children, and our son (aged 8) really opened up to him, beaming at his jokes — which was lovely to see. Frank clearly got the measure of him while allowing him to play, so boredom never set in.

There was space to talk through the issues affecting our son day to day, but also to highlight his character strengths, so the process didn’t feel like simply picking faults — something that can be very draining for both parent and child during assessments.

The diagnosis was made by a multi-disciplinary team, which gave us real reassurance about the thoroughness of both the process and the outcome. All next steps, including what to expect in terms of written reports, were explained clearly.

From a child’s perspective, our son also said he would recommend seeing Frank to others in the future.

I would highly recommend. After my daughter started struggling massively at secondary school with her behaviour and emotional regulation, as family we decided to go down the route of a private diagnosis of ADHD. Frank was amazing with my daughter, who was understandably nervous about the whole process. We had an initial consultation where we talked through our concerns, which lead to us to being advised that our daughter required a full assessment. Frank talked use through the whole process, and the full assessment was completed with ease. Our daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. The report was with us within 3 weeks and was very comprehensive. This was sent straight to school. School accepted the report and has now put support in place for our daughter. The report was also accepted by the GP and our local CAHMS, who have now put our daughter on the waiting list for medication and are looking into offering her support with her emotional regulation and impulsivity. Would highly recommend, Feel like the world has been lifted off our shoulders finally getting the answers we needed for so long. Frank is totally down to earth and made the process so comfortable for us, my daughter was extremely nervous leading upto the assessment but Frank made her feel completely at ease and we can’t thank him enough.

Meeting frank was one of the best things that has happened to our family. We have been at complete war with our daughter’s behaviour at home and at school. I was begging school for support and mentioned I think she could have ADHD. Looking at the long wait lists and extensive timescales we decided as a family to reach out to Frank. From the initial conversion to the day he met my daughter we felt supported and at ease.
School were unwilling to put any support in place without a diagnosis/report. Since my daughter’s assessment and diagnosis I can’t explain how much better things have got. School fully accepted the report and not only listened it was shared with all teachers. She already has classroom interventions put in place and a toilet pass which aren’t given lightly. I honestly believe the report has changed a lot for us as a family and helped us to understand why she does the things she does and how to help. You aren’t left there though you get ongoing support and occupational therapy consult which I shall be booking ASAP. The GPs are accepting of the reports and now we shall be considering medication as a moving forward.

I couldn't recommend this clinic enough, especially Frank!

From the moment my son met Frank and throughout the entire face-to-face assessment, he made him feel completely comfortable to be himself. Frank engaged fantastically with him and created such a safe and welcoming environment. After months of feeling judged as a parent, I finally felt heard and understood too.

The service provided, from initial email inquiries right through to the assessment, was phenomenal. Furthermore, the support we have been offered after receiving the diagnosis has been above and beyond what could ever be expected.

I truly don't think there are enough words to describe the support, care, and professionalism provided by Frank and Charlotte. My son asks almost daily when he can see Frank again!

For anyone seeking answers but feeling tired of NHS waiting lists and a lack of support, I would wholeheartedly recommend coming here.

I'd recommend Private Adhd Assessment Doncaster. We interacted with Frank mostly! Both my kids have been assessed and diagnosed this year. Communication was fast, friendly and helpful right from the start; we got appointments quickly, absolutely no messing about/ waiting around etc. The whole process was really thorough including gathering information from our side, the assessment itself and the reports written and given to us after.
Both children received their diagnoses within the same day and reports came back within about 1 week. Frank was very friendly and and knew how to engage with the kids so they relaxed and could be their authentic selves. We all felt listened to, and the reports reflect this as they are absolutely amazing- so accurate, thorough and definitely going to (continue to be) a very important tool/piece of the puzzle going forward in supporting the kids and getting some support and medication etc. Just having answers was a huge help.
One last thing I'd like to mention is that while yes, it's expensive to take your kids to a private assessment, this one is absolutely much less costly than others and worth their weight in gold just for the fab report quality alone. They are registered with the relevant bodies and the reports are recognised/accepted locally. So, do it if you can! Cut out 5 years of waiting. Your kids and you deserve it.

Took my 12 year old son for his assessment yesterday and from the moment we met Frank we felt at ease my son came away with a new best mate, Frank was amazing the way he talks to the kids is fantastic, would recommend to anyone needing an assessment to contact Frank and Charlotte

Brilliant service!

Frank was amazing with my daughter. He made us both feel at ease and my daughter went from being unsure to giggling her head off at Frank’s ‘bants’ within minutes. Her part flew by because she was chatting and giggling, it felt more like a conversation than an assessment which was amazing. Really quick, professional and supportive from booking to appointment. Amazing experience from the first message to the actual assessment!
Frank was so understanding and listened to all my concerns, he was amazing with my son who would of shut down if he felt nervous, but instead they was having conversations about Fortnite so now he’s my sons best friend!!
I got the report very quickly which in turn has helped my son at school he is now progressing very slowly but he’s progressing after everything the school have put in place.
It doesn’t stop there after a few months I was feeling very unheard and struggling to know which way to turn with some further issues and frank sorted me a face to face video call and spent time listening to my concerns and gave me lots of advice and avenues to follow, for the first time in months I feel like a huge weight has been lifted so I can enjoy this night and relax which seemed a dream before.
