Had x2 assessments for my both my children on friday with Frank he made us all feel right at ease and he knew exactly how to be with my children both very different the whole process was for the very first message to talking to Charlotte on the phone to getting booked in! Very professional and such a great guy! We have been on a waiting list for over 3 years and honestly couldn't wait any longer! Wish we had done it sooner! Thank you for all your help guys really appreciated!

My initial assessment with Frank was exceptional.right from the booking process he made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. He was warm and friendly and made the whole process feel like supportive conversation rather than an interrogation. He genuinely listened to my experiences and understood the daily struggles we go through.

We had a face to face adhd assessment with Frank for my son aged 13. It couldn’t have gone any better. Frank was just brilliant with my son, relaxed, friendly, fun, and upbeat. He made it so easy to chat and talk through everything. Can’t thank Frank enough for making the experience a positive one.

I honestly cannot thank Private ADHD assessment Doncaster enough, especially Frank who carried out my son’s assessment. He let him be his bouncy, talkative self without ever trying to change him, and put his needs first throughout the whole process.

Communication was outstanding. Emails were always answered quickly, and Frank even took the time to respond in the evening, outside of working hours, when I had questions. He went above and beyond by providing a letter for school to explain why my son needed time off, which was such a big help.

The speed and efficiency of the whole process was incredible – I booked on the Saturday and by the following Thursday, we were in the clinic and my son had his diagnosis. The pricing is amazing too, especially considering the level of care and kindness we received.

What really stood out to me is how Frank not only cared for my son but also took the time to ask how I was coping – something no other professional has ever done. As a parent who has been worn out from constantly fighting for support, that small act of kindness meant the world to me.

Frank is genuinely doing God’s work, giving these kids the chance to get the diagnoses and support they need, and doing it with compassion, patience, and understanding. My son enjoyed the appointment so much that I actually struggled to get him to leave!

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, with suggestions of autism, at the age of 43. It’s a huge and emotional step to go through, but from the very beginning Frank made the whole process feel safe, supportive and even empowering. He was so genuine, easy to connect with, and felt more like a trusted friend than a practitioner.

Both Frank and Charlotte go above and beyond in what they do. Together they make a fantastic team, creating a calm, reassuring environment that takes away the fear and uncertainty that often comes with assessments like these.

Frank also assessed my daughter, and the compassion and understanding shown to her was just as incredible. To finally have answers, clarity and a way forward for us both is life-changing.

I cannot begin to thank Frank enough. There is probably many of you out there that as parents feel like you know your child better than anyone, you know their a little different in their own special way but have been told for years you were wrong. You have probably like me spent endless hours trying to find help and support and months if not years waiting to get assessments so your child could finally get the support they needed. This was me and my son! On meeting Frank I could see from his interaction with my son that he really takes time to build a great rapport with his patients, my son struggles in feeling stimulated to have conversations with adults, but Frank was great at this, and my son even said after the assessment ‘he was sound”(teenage talk for cool ☺️).
After a diagnosis of ADHD and suspected ASD I am so hoping that my son finally gets the correct support now to reach his full potential in school. This service provided by Frank and Charlotte I would go as far to say is a one of a kind. They have created a pathway for those of us who cannot afford the high costings that most charge for these assessments and given us the chance for our child to get the support he needed, and I will be forever thankful. Put my son at ease straight away . I’ve had him in main stream help for years for the exact same thing frank thought straight away. Best money I’ve ever spent . Everyone always shouts you down but as a mum don’t ever doubt yourself

I've had such a bad experience previously, that I was very nervous prior to the assessment, but Frank absolutely put my mind at ease. He was amazing and I felt like a weight had been lifted when I left.
