From the outset Frank was fabulous - the right mix of calm, empathic, reassuring and practical. He listened carefully to my concerns about the process and the ideas around the approach I wanted to take. He gave regular updates and made me feel ‘in the loop’ at all times.
As a parent it’s easy to feel dismissed or have your concerns disregarded - Frank’s way of working is the absolute opposite of this and makes you feel heard and validated.
Frank’s diagnostic report was thorough, personal and has made a huge impact to us.
Nothing is too much trouble.
I went back to him to ask for additional support addressing an issue and he responded promptly and with genuine understanding.

I can’t rate Frank highly enough. I’d give him ten stars if there was such a thing.

What a fantastic experience. At what is a difficult and anxious time for parents Frank instantly puts your mind at ease. My son was worried about all the questions he may be asked and was nervous going in Frank settled him straight away with his friendly and caring nature. The assessment was chilled and in a comfortable setting. We are now one step further to getting my son the correct support he needs and I couldn’t be more grateful to Frank and the team.

My son has recently been assessed by Frank, I cannot begin to explain how understanding and supportive he was towards both myself and my son.

He understood how isolating and challenging it can be to be caring for a child with needs and not having the support needed by the NHS care providers.

They were amazing in getting a fast supported diagnosis and they could not do enough to help me.

I can not recommend Frank enough! From start to finish the whole process is very personal, you aren’t just a number like the NHS. Frank takes him time to understand you, make you feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. My son was very nervous about going to the session but as we walked out he commented on how nice Frank was and funny because he made him laugh.

The first thing I noticed was frank doesn’t do the typical hand shake to greet you. Which is great for neurodivergent kids or adults. Frank diagnosed myself and my daughter and the experience for my daughter was great. It was in a relaxed setting for her so she could really be herself. I can’t recommend enough!!

Well what can I say the service for these guys are second to none. Made my daughter very welcome. We have found times very hard specially waiting on the waiting list to be assessed. We finally got our diagnosis for our daughter. Been some happy and sad tears. Thankyou for your support definitely recommend. Thankyou so much l.

Today my daughter had and assessment with frank for ADHD . Frank was great , he was funny , listened put my daughter at ease . She really liked Frank’s down earth style . Frank is amazing at his job . And we can’t thank him enough. It’s been a very long journey waiting . I’m glad I went with this service . I was recommended this company . And I will be recommending this team to everyone that needs this service . Just do the free questionnaire first , to make sure you need an assessment.

Great service! Frank was helpful and funny during my assessment which put me at ease. He listened to everything I had to say and after years of struggling I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere. Great location (foyer included), lots of parking and easy to get to. Highly recommend 😊 xx

Our daughter had her assessment with Frank, the process was made easy, we completed the free online screening tool, the results came back quickly and based on her scores it was likely she had ADHD.
We booked online for a full assessment there was no wait time we had a good choice of days and times.
Once the appointment was booked we received a confirmation email, followed by and email with all the forms attached. They were easy to download and send to the relevant teacher and other setting. The development form was long and took a few hours to complete as it was very thorough.
We had a number of reminders for our appointment with the link. Then on the day fifteen minutes before was sent a link to join Frank on teams.
Frank was great and tried to put our daughter at ease, making jokes and unlike most professionals she has seen actually wanted to listen.
Throughout, Frank would ask if there was anything else that needed to be said and if there were any questions. At the end of the assessment Frank explained what would happen next. The following morning we received conformation that after going through all the forms and assessment, that our daughter met the criteria for ADHD.
We now have to wait 3 weeks for the full report and can book a follow up appointment. We are so happy with how the process went and our daughter didn’t feel put on the spot or under pressure. Now she feels validated and knows why she is different.
The whole process from start to finish has been amazing.

I felt so anxious before the appointment. But i felt at ease form the minute I met Frank. It was very much like having an informal interview or chat. I think I expected lots of questions that I would struggle to answer and that I’d feel awkward but I felt comfortable with being honest about myself.

We had a private assessment for our 7yr old. Frank was absolutely lovely and explained everything that would happen in the assessment and what happens after. Very child friendly and our little one was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to use this private assessment.

Frank and Charlotte have been nothing but brilliant. Frank was amazing with my daughter, understood her and listened to our concerns. I would recommend this service to anyone who has the doubts and is being told to ignore it. Don’t!

What can I say Frank was amazing from start to finish made me feel at ease and made jokes with my daughter to get her talking he listened to my views on how my daughter is and reassured me that it was not all in my head in can now support my daughter the best I can . I can honestly say as a parent you want the best for your kids and paying private is money well spent we just need school to hurry up and send there part back

I cannot recommend Frank and Charlotte high enough!! What a team. Frank was absolutely brilliant with my son, engaging and fun. The assement process for me was rather daunting, and emotional, but Frank made everything so much easier. He listened to everything I had to say, and was reassuring, which was not what I had experienced previously. Everything from initial contact to full report within a couple of weeks! Thank you so so much.

Highly recommend Frank and charlotte. We took our daughter and Frank made her feel very comfortable he spoke to her for a while then spoke to me and my husband all while observing our daughter. He was very helpful very professional throughout, we recieved the report within 3 weeks and have had 2 follow ups with charlotte who has given us some fab advise in helping our daughter and to try make things easier with tips and tricks and explaining how her brain works differently.

Simply the best professional, helpful, kind we wouldn't go anyplace else!
