Awful. They tried to deliver my dishwasher three times, each time had major damage. The first one looked like it had been in a car accident. I could only imagine that it had fell from the top of some racking onto something else as the packaging had been ripped off the side and there was a deep diagonal dent in the steel that must have taken some serious force to create. God knows why someone thought it was worth loading that for delivery, probably to make it someone else’s problem. The second we thought might be ok despite the packing being completely ripped off the bottom for some reason, but no, once removed there was another dent. Last one was similar to the first but with a dent more likely caused from a fridge falling on it in the van. The last guy hilariously said the problem was they didn’t build them strong enough. Not sure what kind of abuse he thinks a dishwasher is supposed to take, but it clearly isn’t up to whatever they are doing with them on their van. None of the items on there appeared properly secured, and one of the guys almost dropped it when manhandling it off the back of the van. The didn’t appear to have any proper equipment or mechanism on the vehicle for moving heavy bulky items like this. We gave up after this and bought our dishwasher from somewhere with a much better delivery service.

Ryan rang when he was nearby on the scheduled day, removed the old appliance in short order and installed the new one without drama or fuss. He clearly knew what he was doing. No hesitation in issuing a recommendation.

Situation: My RHCV3101 - Russell Hobbs ATLAS2 Cylinder Vacuum, which was covered by an extended warranty had just broken down.
I contacted Russell Hobbs concerning the problem and found their team to be fast, friendly and efficient. They did not in any way dispute my problem with the vacuum cleaner and immediately offered a replacement (which was dispatched promptly). The replacement vacuum even arrived before their estimated delivery date. I found dealing with them to be pleasant and hassle free.
I would also like to give special thanks to Sophie, the Customer Service Advisor who dealt with my problem. Excellent service.

After having my delivery delayed by a day due to a brake down Giuseppe delivered my washing machine on time this morning. He was friendly and removed the bolts for me, very professional and had a genuine smile on his face.

The delivery was due 2/5/26 I received a call stating van had broken down and would deliver early next day which happened
The delivery man was prompt polite and really helpful. He removed old machine and installed new one. He did point out damage and will take necessary action to rectify. The Technician's name was Giuseppe. A really helpful person

Peter and Max delivered my fridge and took my old fridge away. The fridges were big and awkward to move out and in and due the twists and turns in the property. However they did the move out and in a professional and efficient manner. Thank you.

I had delivery of a new appliance today (Tumble dryer) it arrived ahead of schedule which I was pleased about! Giuseppe called 30 minutes before to check this was ok and give me notice, he also brought it down the steps to my house. Fantastic service and a lovely man.

Great service by the 2 delivery men. One was called Mario. Arrived at expected time. Tumble dryer delivered and installed quickly and efficiently.

Just had my new fridge freezer delivered by Neil and Quinn. Great service, and very quick. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left too. I live in a flat up 4 flights of stairs, where there is also no lift, and they brought it up no problems.
