Washing machine delivered and installed today by Neil & Quinn.
Called enroute and once arrived outside. Managed incredibly well navigating the incredibly awkward staircases to my property.
Slight issue due to the aged water pipes but quickly sorted and machine hooked up.

Very friendly guys, professional & honestly an asset to the company.

Ashley was a lovely guy. Asked me how my day was going, courteous and helpful.
Took my appliance all the way through to where it would be fitted and he even unpacked it all and took away the rubbish too.
I’ve never had that done and it was a lovely extra that made my day.

Delivery service just ended. Neil and Quinn installed our machine. From the very first contact they were very friendly and explained everything in detail. Great experience.

Neil D and Vasily were amazing. They fitted our washing machine in no time and delivered within a given time frame.

The delivery driver, Guiseppe, was prompt, polite, and very helpful. Unfortunately our kitchen plumbing prevented him from installing today, but he left everything tidy, completed delivery, and gave very clear advice on the next steps we need to take. Impressed.

Big Reecey and Shane were lovely blokes. Called before delivery.

I did have to move a sofa to get the machine through and even though installation was included in my order they could not install because it was on extended pipes. This left me to install the machine myself. Nothing from Costco about this even though it was reported. No offer of compensation for the install not being completed. Not the guys fault but left to set myself.

New freezer delivered, unpacked and placed in correct location. Both operatives Neil and Dave friendly and helpful. Could not fault the service.

Had a new dishwasher delivered by this company today. Shaun Mc was great, professional and even called when he was running earlier than expected. I was very thankful for him taking some extra cardboard with him.

Neil D and David N delivered our new fridge freezer today. Route in was a bit unusual but no issues or complaints and just got on with it in a very friendly manner.

Lee G was brilliant delivering our washing machine. Lee was friendly and when I asked if needed assistance with anything, they said no all in hand. It was efficient and quick service. The tracking link on the message was a great way visually to see how far away the driver is, I found this really helpful and useful.
They sent my numerous reminders and the time slots were reasonable aswell.
Would definitely use this service again

I’d like to leave a review for the delivery team who brought my fridge and freezer yesterday. Ryan and Mario were excellent from start to finish. They carried everything upstairs without any issues, were very tidy, and conducted themselves in a polite and friendly manner throughout. They were also reliable and professional, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
