We had a new oven being delivered and it was going to be fitted in as well. Giuseppe kindly came to do the job but was unable to fit it in the new oven due to it being a safe hazard and unsafe. He advised me on what to do next and was extremely informative. His customer service from the get go was amazing and very respectful. Thank you so much Giuseppe for all your help today!

Giuseppe and Quinn did a great job of installing our new washer dryer. Unfortunately, the machine had a fault. They tried to fix it, unsuccessfully, but then made sure to pass back to Hoover what was wrong.
