Awesome customer service!
I was not sure whether I should spend the money to purchase Windows 7 to upgrade from Windows Vista via an online software provider. The price was very good so I gave it a go. I had some initial install problems which turned out to be my fault. Daniel (if that is your real name) guided me throughout the whole process and I now have exactly what I needed - without having to go an buy a new PC. You guys and Daniel came through for me. If/when I am ready for Windows 10 - I am coming to this site and this site only!

Bought Microsoft Publisher from this company at a great price. My new laptop had Microsoft 365 installed with click to run and this cannot run alongside Microsoft installer as I discovered. After contacting Productkey24 Support I dealt with Emma who was absolutely fantastic in fixing this problem for me. Emma was very fast and efficient and in no time fixed the problem so I now have Microsoft Publisher installed on my laptop. Many thanks to Emma who was a lifesaver for me. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as they have great people like Emma working for them to assist customers like myself when there is a problem.

Very good experience. For some weird reason my Key activation code wasn't properly recognized but tech connect remotely to my laptop and fixed everything.
I wasn't convinced about this web page but after huge help i changed my mind completely.

Microsoft Word 2016. I bought this product today and received the download link very quickly and it downloaded effectively. However I could not manage to install it on my laptop and despite the Productkey24 website promising support from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. either via Live Chat or a Sydney number I failed despite many attempt to get hold of anyone. I got a voicemail on the Sydney number but no call back and the Live Chat service was useless as it just said there was no-one available to help. It is now 8 pm and I have just received an email with basic installation instructions. I had to enlist the help of an IT savvy friend and did manage to get the product installed no thanks to Productkey24. Very disappointed in the lack of support.

Thank you so much for the Technical assistance via remote control in installing Office 2019. I am utterley ignorant of the technicalities of computers and software .I tried myself for a few days without success which left me feeling utterley useless. However, within 15 minutes of connection it was all sorted. Thank you so very much. Awesome service.

Great price for full version licensed software. Only issue was a link to one of the software downloads failed and it took a little bit more effort than I would have liked to get it sorted. Once sorted everything went smoothly with excellent support through chat

the delivery and finish was flawless. The only problem was of my making. I had forgotten (very little experience and old) that downloads don't just appear on the screen.

I had trouble with my Office 2019 download, I emailed Productkey24 and had a quick response from Emma Miller which I appreciated, Emma then emailed instructions on what I had to do so that they could download remotely. We had a few hiccups that I caused but Emma was so professional and understanding, I feel she deserves 10 stars, well done Emma, she is definitely an asset to your company.

Accidentally, I bought Excel 2019 for Windows and Daniel help me a lot to solve the problem asap! I totally recommend this company.

I had so much trouble downloading Publisher as there was a conflict with another program I had downloaded years ago but then the lovely Emma Miller came to my rescue and sorted it all out for me. Having bought two Microsoft programs from Productkey24 I would gladly recommend them to anyone wishing to update their old Word and Excel.

While I did experience some difficulty with the downloads, the problem was mostly mine and my husbands. However, with the excellent service and advice we received from Emma Miller we did get our purchases.

However, the things which impressed both my husband and I, were (1) the courteous manner in which Emma addressed our problems.
(2) the efficient manner in which she installed the program which had us baffled, and
(3) the promptness with which she communicated with us throughout the entire process.

Emma Miller score = 12/10. Absolutely great and very professional service. Will surely make use of Productkey24 again just because of her. Thanks a bunch.
