I'm always a little skeptical of a vendor I never used, but there was a helpful chatline; someone named Daniel (probably another name in reality), who helped me immediately with an issue of activating Windows 7 Enterprise. Microsoft said they could do it for the same price but I had them on the phone for an hour and they then hung up on me! Anyway, I managed to get my Windows activated for the same price as what Microsoft said they would do, but didn't. So far, so good!

Great support, Emma was great! Emailed instructions & activated software with no issues.

I ordered my software and while there were a few glitches with regards to being able to access my installation instructions, the next day the team were very responsive via email/live chat and remotely downloaded the software on my laptop. Very good value compared to competitors, so it was worth the slight delay. Thanks Emma!

Daniel from Productkey 24 was awesome with helping me to install Microsoft Word. He assisted with uninstalling another product that was not working properly. He then installed Microsoft Word and now it's working perfectly. I would recommend the team at Productkey 24 100% since they are far more cost effective than other options and they offer fantastic service to support their product. Thank you Daniel

I had experienced way too many issues with my email software so I decided to replace it with Outlook. Productkey24 had the best price and as it turned out the best customer service! Given my problems with my emails, I couldn't see the product key nor download the software initially but I was given clear instructions to help me out and a fantastic offer to even do the job for me (download and install) the software for me. I was able to get my email to work one last time and was able to download and install the new one myself - now using Outlook :) it was great to know I had back up! Thank you, guys :)

i only made a small purchase and the service was way beyond expectation.

Top notch customer service. Had and reported an issue with getting the Excel 2019 download link and Product Key, which was promptly replied to by Customer Service. I made a mistake entering the Product Key, and Tech Support helped me by remote accessing my computer and entering it for me in the correct spot. Overall great response time, trustworthy and their product is legitimate. I'd happily use them again.

Needed to get in touch due to a minor delay in receiving my order acknowledgement & necessary links, and received great assistance from Daniel in the early hours of the morning.
