I was initially really disappointed to receive a service kit for a life jacket where components of it will need replacing in 12 month however one the matter came to their attention they apologised and arranged to provide a replacement which was valid for the expected 3 years.

Pro Marine have been excellent to deal with. I have experienced a knowledgeable and friendly service. When part of my order was missing, they we very apologetic and sent it out with next day delivery. I would definitely recommend them.

These people are without a doubt on your side as a consumer of their products and will give you great advice and service. AND you can talk to them easily, without the “we are experiencing large call volumes, please call back later” syndrome, which always gets up my nose. I accidentally gave them an incorrect post code and they bent over backwards to help me sort the delivery, until I realized it was my own fault. Doh! You can’t go wrong with Pro Marine Stores

Really helpful and friendly staff when I phoned for advice on a isup pump. . Ordered one day and with free delivery was delivered the very next day... Superb pump, superb helpful staff. Pump turned up as described. Give them a call.... And no I don't work for them but like to give positive feedback as too many people are quick to give negative feedback.
