I’ve been ordering parts from propel for years
I’ve been ordering parts from propel for about 3 years & counting. I live in Hawaii where we have a hard time getting parts especially for decent prices with fast shipping. Ordered a caterpillar transfer pump from the site. When I ordered, website claimed it was in stock and would ship by 3:00 p.m. that day. I paid $60 for overnight shipping. The next day the part never arrived. I called multiple times and got the runaround about receiving a tracking number and the next explanation. At the end of the day I received an email that the part was not in stock and would have to come from overseas and would take well over a week. 100% false advertising.

I ordered a Cat part on the 7th of…
I ordered a Cat part on the 7th of July. I was told I would have it in 3 business days. They ran my c/c right away and said would send a tracking number. Seven days later and six calls and four emails got me know where. They kept saying they'd get back to me. Finally found the CEO's number, sent him a text and the eighth day I got an email saying part not available and we will refund you . And they did refund me. Not bashing them just telling you my experience with them....

Ordered part on the phone with no …
Ordered part on the phone with no problems. I had to have it shipped next day air. They emailed me my order confirmation and charged me $60 for overnight shipping. The next day I see they shipped it ground. The biggest issue is I couldn't get in touch with anybody that could help me at all. They couldn't look up my order or tracking information. Not even the supervisor! They kept saying they would pass the information along and someone would contact me. After an entire day of dealing with them and 6 calls someone finally called me back and gave me a full refund. This may be a side business that one guy operates in the evening and contracts with a call center to answer calls during the day!
