ProphecyCricket has been excellent and would highly recommend. The kit is just what I wanted and, compared with a lot of suppliers out there, brilliant value for money. I’ll be getting more kit from them.

Kit arrived and I am totally impressed with it. The larger kit bag is literally one of the best I've seen and by far best I've personally owned. Loads of space and looks smart. Got the limited edition bat - pings like a bat twice the price to be honest! Helmet also really good for the price - lighter than I was expecting! Can't really fault any of it. Recommended.

If you’re someone who counts grains then maybe not for you. If you’re someone who actually uses the bat/gear, then definitely give it a try

So an update to our last review.
We sent back a faulty bag and gloves that came apart within (bag - 3 weeks, gloves 6 weeks) the time specified. They refuse to answer emails and offered a refund which we are still to receive of £85. We paid a carriage of nearly £20 to return and to have less returned to us than paid is appalling. A company that is supposedly just trying to start off has very poor customer service. The bat pings well in the centre but does not look like a grade 1 bat which in my opinion should be more uniform in lines, agree with a fellow reviewer.
Be aware, this company has incredibly poor customer service and all returns are at your own expense. I am currently in discussions with trading standards ... stay away!

I am not sure if the grade 1 bats are actually grade 1. They look more grade 2 to me but that could just be my opinion. The only reason I say is the grains on a grade 1 are usually very uniforn. But like I said that could be my opinion. The real test will be when out in the middle.

I purchased the oracle ‘pro’ bundle having been awarded sponsorship from this brand for 2021. However, when it arrived, my bat was a long way off from the quality I wanted/expected it to be. Frankly, had I been in a shop it would’ve been a bat I wouldn’t have looked twice at, never mind picked up or considered buying. The bat was sent out for delivery a day after I sent the company the spec for the bat and how I wanted it to be made, making me think there was no way they had produced a bat to my spec that quickly. My doubts were proven correct when it arrived and I was very disappointed. Although the soft gear and bag were acceptable, I wouldn’t recommend this brand or their bats to any player who takes their cricket seriously and wants a top of the range bat like one they’d find in any cricket shop.
