Waiting for my order for weeks now.
Asked a refund ignored my email and they still sent the order while i ask to cancel my order and refund me. Not accepting the order.
I dont recommend the site.

Noticed an error with my order before dispatch and contacted customer services who said they would correct the error before sending. Package arrived with the original product which was wrong. Contacted customer services again who said they would not send the replacement until they receive the original package back unused, costing myself postage a packing. The is an unethical company be aware!

Their product description is incorrect and they only issue refunds if you haven't used the product = you are misled to buy something that doesn't work for you and they won't refund you. Scam. Avoid!

Used this company a few times over the years and always had good service but until now not left a review. Last order, a pack of 3 protectors, arrived with one damaged, contacted via email with picture of damage and received a reply very quickly stating they'd send replacement, which arrived today. Had to leave a 5* review as such good customer service.

The first screen protector for my Garmin GPS was not of good quality, I could hardly see through it. They immediately refunded me and I ordered another one which is of excellent quality.
I have been using protectionfilms24 for a number of years and the customer service has been brilliant. You just have to pick your product carefully; the more expensive screen protectors are generally better.

Vast selection of shields for almost everything. Got protective glass for my surveying tablet Unistrong UT10 for a very reasonable price, for delivery price close to nothing and in very short time.

Protection film for my motorbike TFT is aOK. Decent value for the money.
The delivery could have been faster (as "Fash Shipping" is mentioned on the website) and also information about order processing could be more accessible and detailed.

Have had 3 of these screens - (one replacement for what that didn't work) but none stick without bubbles and become loose and ineffective after minimal usage. These are the worst screen protectors I have used in 10 years. Also the video instructions do not marry with what you get in the package.

Despite 3 messages to Customer service, I had no reply and no emails at all, not even dispatch confirmation.
Received incorrect product! Only the front, no back! Again, haven't heard back from them after my complaint.

Ho mandato una email di reclamo alla quale non ho ricevuto risposta e questo certifica la loro serietà. Nella mia vita ho fatto tante buone azioni e oggi con € 11,00 ne ho fatta una anche a loro. In conclusione: mai avuto a che fare con un venditore peggiore.

Bad website. Duplicate order created due PayPal error. I tried to cancel it, but customer service is not exists!!!

205-9763235-3830763 order from Amazon in November of 2020/ I ordered a lens protector for my Asus ZenFone 7 no problems I got it a few months down the line I seen a crack in the protector no problems I will just remove it then the problems started it would not come of I spend a hour before I got it off only to have it remove the phones original lens protector damaging the phone witch I had to pay to get fixed at a cost of €60 I had been in contact with protectionfilms24 over this by email and all they done for me was refund the price of the protector £4.80 what a kick in the teeth I sent them photos of the damage as proof but they done nothing about it I will never buy anymore of there products again and I recommend that anyone else does so to there customer service is terable and they don't reply to emails as much as I would like and did not resolve my problem then I got a email from them saying it was impossible there lens protector would cause this in other words iam a lier my advice avoid this company like the plauge 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I bought a protective film for a Motorola Edge, but a few days after purchase (before receiving the films) I had to return the phone due to a factory problem. The seller was very understanding and accepted the return without asking for any expense.

Ordered a set of PS Vita Screen protectors. The device is rather old so I was impressed to see that Protectionfims24 still had them in stock! The first set I ordered never arrived. I contacted customer support and was quickly contacted by a member of their support team. They sent out a replacement set which just arrived today. Everything was as expected. I really appreciated the prompt and painless customer support experience and deeply appreciate them resolving the issue by sending a replacement set free of charge. The only thing I'd say is that they should change the 3-day shipping estimate. It's definitely not accurate to anyone not in Europe.

Great company. I have been dealing with them for 5+ years and never disappointed. I have bought protectors for phones, tablets and auto infotainment screens and all have been top quality at reasonable prices. I read the negative reviews and can say that none of them sound familiar to me.

Bought several Brotect films for watch, ereader, gps. Delivered within given time and after making a mistake while applying received a replacement for free. Great service.

I paid £23.59 for a laptop screen protector, only to get this flimsy and cheap one in the mail. Not only that, but the package came with multiple marks (small and large) of varying of colours all over. Then to add this, the sticky part of the screen protector had finger prints, dust and hair on it! For the price I had expected a lot more considering I could've just gotten better ones for the same price or less on Amazon, or another store. Waste of money, please spend your money else where. I'm not one to ever write a bad review, but this place is just horrendous.

I bought 3 x BROTECT AirGlass protectors for Cubot Kingkong Mini. The protectors seem to be of fairly good quality, their size was perfect for the phone.
4/5 stars, because delivery (to Finland) was estimated to be under a week and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive.

I put in an order for the upscreen Scratch Shield Clear Premium Screen Protector for Sony Xperia 1 II (Camera) and the upscreen Scratch Shield Clear Premium Screen Protector for Sony Xperia 1 II (Front + Back). Now these items are £5.79 and £12.49 respectively for a combined price of £18.28 and that's what I paid through PayPal. However in the My Orders section of my account it has them listed as £6.49 and £13.99 for a combined price of £20.48. I got in contact with customer service about cancelling the order, I received an email back saying the order had been cancelled, but it hasn't been. On top of that, I have another order that won't even show up in the My Orders section, luckily I used PayPal so I had a record of the transaction through them. To say this company is terrible would be doing a disservice to terrible companies everywhere.

Ordered a screen protector for the Doogee X95, the one they sent was the incorrect size by far. They refused to send out the correct item, said there was noting wrong with the one they sent, even after I sent them photos. Really really bad customer service and a terrible product. British trading standards would eat these guys alive, its a shame they operate out side of the UK. Avoid at all cost! look at the reviews.
