I ordered Savvies "6x Schermbeschermer compatibel met Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2019 WiFi (Camera) Screenprotector ultra transparant" from them on Amazon NL. Schemrmbeschermer means Screen protector in Dutch. There are also pictures of Screen protectors in the description. Guess what they sent me! 6x tiny Camera protectors to cover the surface of the camera of the tablet.
Apparently they wrote misleading descriptions to fool customers. This is a scam. Never buy from this company.

Very bad company! They write untrue descriptions of their products! They claimed to sell a tempered glass screen protector but when it arrived I saw it's not tempered glass.
Once I recieved the product and wrote to them that the item is not as described, they sent me a link to "educate myself" that there is glass particles inside, dont waste your time with them.

The website claimed 2 - 4 delivery. I ordered it 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything. Their customer service team, who did respond within 24 hours, said it was handed to their delivery partner 3 days after the order. If that's the case, then they need to change their delivery partner rapidly. I will update this review if I receive it soon and it meets specification. I wish I'd gone to TrustPilot before I'd purchased though as the review score here isn't good at all.

Abysmal service. Avoid at all costs. Purchased the same series protector for two different devices. I ordered the broflex protectors for the OP 8 Pro and a Skagen Flaster 3 Smartwatch. The ones for the OnePlus where absolutely dreadful. Advertised as full screen coverage and doesn't even cover the flat surface properly. Contacted for a resolution and told to send pictures which I did to receive my money back. Then received another email and asking for measurements of there poor protector in mm. I'm a key worker working excessive hours and have no time for these games. After more back and forth I was eventually offered a 30% discount or a full refund which they didn't offer to cover shipping so I just took the 30% and no £10 out of pocket. Abysmal product and service. Avoid!

I ordered the brotec screen protector 3 pack for galaxy s10 lite. 2 problems, no.1 the protector is too small and doesn't cover the screen enough I know that it says this in the description but it is just a few mm smaller than the led visible part which is really annoying. No.2 the pack that I purchased never came with anything to help fit the protector not even alcohol wipes which made it very difficult to fit it correctly, there's no mention of this in the description. I tried to talk to the company but it's slow and I don't think that they get the problem.

Fantastic experience .. ordered garmin 245 screen protectors.. arrived within 4 days even with this pandemic going on! Simple to install. 5*****

1 stat bc nothing ever arrived and they dont give tracking number just words, save ur money this company is selective scamming

The screen protector they sent doesn't fit. When asked, they said they do it on purpose as they can't manufacture one that fits properly.

Excellent customer service, I had a small issue in shipping with a screen-protector I ordered from their eBay page, they responded to my questions immediately and issued me a replacement with no problem, I'm very happy to recommend this company.

In my experience, I always got what I paid for. Every order was delivered within a week, except one. Yes I did receive broken protectors (happens and they cannot be responsible for how the postmen handle the envelopes), but I always got them replaced.

Instead of buying nicely packaged screen protectors from China, I buy rather from Schutzfolien, because they never fooled me and I always knew what I'm buying.

Unacceptable company, never received and lying support. I ordered directly through the protectionfilms24 website. They sent me the wrong product and even though I contacted them immediately, the customer support put me through the ringer when I tried to get the correct one. They were concerned more that I prove I had the device for the filter that I ordered than that they sent me the wrong item. In no less than 15 emails, they requested photos, measurements, proof of purchase (for the device not the filter), manuals.

In the end, I never received the filter that was purchased as it's perpetually "being developed"

I have bought several items from them on Ebay, never been a problem before i needed there customer service.
and boy what a surprise i was in for, i never meet such bunch of arrogant fools in my life, and they had no desire whatsoever to find a solutions. only think i can say, stay away from them....

I ordered two films for my new Ricoh GR3 2019 camera. They sent me two films which match the previous camera versions and not the new camera which has a larger screen. Clearly, the company has not realized that the new camera has a larger screen - despite giving their film product a "GR3 2019" name. When I complained, their support asked for proof of order and invoice as well as picture documentation that the films do not match. As if they do not believe me. Instead they ask for more information so as to prolong the issue without really wanting to correct the shipment. Not a good experience, cannot recommend them, do not order a Ricoh GR3 camera protection film from them. I will find one of the many other companies in that market and recommend to you to do the same from the beginning.

Do Not Support This Company.The most awful service I've ever experienced. Took two attempts and 4 weeks to get my order. My contact on email was the epitome of unhelpful and is now playing games with me. Advertised as 2-4 days free shipping turned into 4 weeks and a underpaid postage cost. After a promised refund of purchase and postage, Jessica @ protectionfilms24 decided to refund a Quarter of total cost. On reply she said she deemed it fair. After at least 15 emails back and forth, I now only have managed to regain purchase price and no postage. The whole process has been outrageous, tiring and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or support such charlatans with your currency. The company should be investigated.

Ordered glass screen cover for my watch. After waiting 4 weeks I emailed them asking if it was ever shipped. They requested more information and then just refunded my money. I'm glad I used PayPal otherwise I may not have received my money back.

Customer for 4 years. I do recommend them!

One important note! Check in the product description if it's a smaller screen protector. Most of their screen protectors for phones with rounded edges are cut smaller so they don't come off easily!

The product was always as described.
Fast delivery (max 3 working days).
They also have a lot of choice for many devices.
Good quality, way better than the cheap screen protectors from Aliexpress!

Best experience with their SAVVIES Xtreme Glass HD33 and BROTECT AirGlass glass screen protectors.

Order never arrived and didn't offer a solution.
