I ordered a replacement lid for my All Black 1L bottle, the lid is incorrect and although I have reached out via the support email address twice, and via instagram, it been 3 days and still no response. Not Good !!

Getting concerned. They've taken my money but no news on postage despite emailing them twice. Does this company ever answer?

I absolutely love this thermal bottle! I bought it mainly because of the adorable cat design—and I’m completely in love with it 😻. The quality is outstanding, it keeps my drinks at the perfect temperature, and the shipping was super fast. It’s more than just a bottle—it’s a daily joy! Order was as described on line and arrived promptly

I am really happy with the design and quality of my bottle. The initial delivery was damaged, but customer services responded promptly to arrange a replacement, which arrived within the week.

There were some initial hiccups on both sides. However, the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond what was needed to rectify the matter, sets Proworks 10 steps above any other company I have dealt with. Plus I'm happy with the product. Can't sing their praises enough!

The straw lid fits the big bottle good, but when it’s on the bottle the bottle leaks and when looked at it properly there is no seal inside the lid

18 days to just ship my bottle. This ain't serious work. Looks like they place orders elsewhere or just use customer's money to place their orders.

Very good thermal properties and durable exterior paint for this bottle ! Unfortunatelly it occured a delivery issue => The second delivery was good, but 1 month after the order.

I bought a Probottle,personalised as a birthday gift...Company stated delivery within 3/5 days,10 days later still waiting...!!! Customer service is woefully lacking,3 emails sent-still waiting for a response.
Unfortunately there is no star lower then 1...!!!

Good product and prompt delivery

Hi the order was shipped usig UPS. Althought the proworks email stated "in transit" in the UPS tracking site it was marked as "awaiting customer pickup" at a nearby store. Luckily enough I was so picky to check the UPS site otherwise I would have waited forever. Probably the issue is with UPS not leaving any information in the mailbox that the package would be delivered at the store (by the way we were at home the whole day, so probably UPS did not even pass by).

Ordered a few of these bottles as presents after having mine for a few years now. Perfect for work and holidays on the beach as they keep my water icy cold all day and look great!

So delighted with my item from you. The pro work bottle is exactly what I wanted. Strong beautifully finished and the perfect gift for my grandson. His favourite colour is red and he loves gorillas so it was absolutely an amazing gift.

Amazing bottle, amazing colour, fast delivery. Ordered a custom bottle for a friend and the result was even better than I thought.
