Worst courier ever

If it were possible to award a rating of zero, I would do so without hesitation.

I reserved a locker only to arrive and discover that the locker was offline and incapable of accepting drop-offs. Regrettably, this has not been an isolated incident but has occurred on several occasions, causing repeated inconvenience and unnecessary expenditure of time.

Despite raising this issue with PUDO on numerous occasions, my correspondence has been consistently ignored, and the call centre has been unable to provide any meaningful explanation, assistance, or resolution. The apparent lack of communication, accountability, and effective customer support is wholly unacceptable.

The repeated failure to ensure that lockers are operational, coupled with the absence of any adequate response to customer complaints, reflects a serious deficiency in service delivery. I am extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which this matter has been handled.

Rude Courier Guy

I went to the Pudo Locker at the New Market Shopping Centre in Alberton to drop off a parcel. Had i been there 10 minutes earlier there would have been no issue. I greeted him and it was returned with a grunt. He had taken parcels out which were lying all over the show. I politely asked if he was going to take mine as well. Another Grunt and pointed at the lockers. There probably is a reason why he could not take mine but I would have appreciated a little friendliness.

Sent a package back like a month ago

Sent a package back like a month ago. Been almost 3 plus weeks since it go returned. Well 4 now. Still no money back. Reporting to BBB and going to call my Visa and dispute all charges from who I got it from as well as Pudo for the shipping charges. Avoid at all costs buying anything with them as a return option.

Damaged parcel

I've used Pudo a lot in the past but this will be the last time. I'd rather pay more and know my package will be looked after.
I bought a box from Courier Guy. Sealed it properly. When the box arrived at the destination it was clearly mishandled. It was torn and dented and in places the boxing tape was pulled off. Fortunately nothing got damaged. (I've once seen these guys handle packages very rough and am now sorry I did not report it.)
I wrote an email on the 1st of April to Pudo on support@pudo. I also added pictures. They asked me for the waybill no which was very clear on one of the pictures I sent. I replied with the waybill number on the 2nd of April and up until now I've not heard anything from them.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, they tear your stuff open dig in your belongings then just toss the stuff they don't want to steal lose back into the locker, then they lose your parcel have excuses for a week as to why they cannot find it and when they do you are to blame as they lost it then they expect you to pay for your own parcel and then charge you more than the price you actually booked

No Space - waste of time and petrol

No Space 2 x, different times of day,after I booked a locker. They were quick to take my money and give me a time frame to deposit. We make use of Pudo because we're are staying far away from lockers/cities. I wasted an hour this morning of my time, but that cannot be composated and my petrol money driving up an down like a,mad person Since they changed the locker deposit option it is just another sign of incompetency.

PUDO is continuously late in delivery

PUDO is continuously late in delivery. I only use them to return items from
Zara as that is who they use. It takes weeks for a package to arrive only only a few s away 🤷‍♀️, I would not recommend this delivery service.

I loved PUDO

So irritating!! I used to love PUDO however since their app update they removed the ability to book a specific locker. Now you must drive and waste your time trying to find one, cross your fingers, hope and pray that they have space. Used to be so convenient now it’s just irritating. Cheaper to use PostNet with the amount of driving up and down we just did. So irritating. Please allow us to book our lockers again. I would be happy to pay extra knowing when I arrive the correct size is available for me.

Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. Items were stolen from my package, and despite multiple attempts to contact the courier company, I received no response at all. Lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this courier service.

This is such a shitty delivery service

This is such a shitty delivery service, they really are the worst. I literally sent a package to a customer using their services only for them to deliver the wrong package & then instead of trying to resolve the issue they tell me how their packages are sealed and there is no way that the package could’ve been delivered to the wrong address.

When I spoke to their driver who delivered the package he actually told me that it’s could be possible that they have scanned the wrong address on the package. Something they failed to mention to me which could resolve the problem but I instead they want to make it seem as though something like this cannot possibly happen & that they want to do an investigation on the which will take days until they resolve this issue.

No accountability at all and this guy I was on a phone call with called Jaque fro
Alberton branch was the worst, he had an attitude when I was speaking to him on the call, no assistance at all.

My first time using Pudo

My first time using Pudo. Used the Town Square drop off point in Roodepoort,JHB on 16 Nov. Dropped off at 7pm on a Sunday.
My package was delivered at 13h00 on 18 Nov, in Cape Town. I chose the Locker to Door option. Less than 2 days without a overnight express payment in extremely impressive. I was extremely worried as I thought that the packages are collected and put into a slip bag that is sealed. I also didn't label the bag. Made contact with them via whattsapp and email and got responses almost immediately to say they would label the package for me. Lesson learnt for the next time. Will definitely be using only Pudo going forward.

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely Terrible Service

I’ve been trying for **over a week** to drop off a parcel at a Pudo locker and **every single day the lockers are full**. It’s honestly ridiculous. I’ve had to **buy new waybills multiple times** because I can’t send the package, and that is completely unacceptable.

What’s the point of a “convenient” locker service if you can *never* actually use it? The system clearly isn’t managed properly and there’s zero reliability.

I would **NOT recommend Pudo to anyone**. Huge waste of time and money.

I am so disappointed in PUDO

I am so disappointed in PUDO - I have contacted their customer service and with no help i keep on telling the same story. Its a concern that my parcel gets cancelled and gets booked by someone i dont know to a location i dont know, when i call to ask why is my booking cancelled i am told the driver collected and scanned the wrong parcel to go to Randfontein Depot and my parcel is booked to go to QueensTown??? I tell them that nope that parcel i did not cancel it must go to Empangeni i am told to pay for the parcel.... how do i pay again for the parcel if this is not my fault.... Vaal Kiosk and Randfontein Kiosk do not want to assist and fix their issues. Customers services cant even help me.... This is a bad and concerning.

TCG Useless IT Department…

I frequently encounter problems with the TCG IT department, and today is no exception. I am unable to make a booking because the new app fails to recognize my previous reservation. I am wasting valuable time trying to use both the app and the website, and it’s unacceptable that there is no one available in the chat to assist me. This is completely frustrating, and the IT department needs to address these ongoing issues immediately.

PUDO is broken

PUDO is broken. The once easy-to-use service has been turned into a disaster. The web portal is complex and selections do not work. If you do progress to the point of booking a parcel, you have to guess where you can find an open locker. This while PUDO knows exactly where all the open lockers are. Seemingly problematic to share this info with customers!!! This is what you get if an idiot improves a working solution.
