As always, useless when it comes to technical and customer support. Lockers don't open and then there is little assistance with sorting out the problem. Big headaches. Nothing is smooth and simple.

Your locker expired 90 minutes before the what the app stated. I paid again. I've been given the run-around between WhatsApp escalation, lodging a website ticket and email for a refund. Lerato and Nieta Rapesi keeps stuffing me around and ultimately stop responding. Short answers that avail nothing. It's a ludicrous that I have to do a review to get something trivial resolved.
Feel like a fool for even writing this, they don't give a sh!t and wont respond anyway.

If you are thinking of trying to integrate PUDO into your website, forget it!!! The customer support is non existent!!! I have a problem and there is no-one to call. All you can do is send an email to integrations AT pudo.co.za. They then send an automatic response which does not answer the question. It's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that you are trying to give them business and they make it so difficult!! I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!!
Very bad services
Very bad services, I'm not happy at all... I booked a locker and sent my parcel, it arrived at the destination and when my recipient had to collect it said the ID does not exist. Jiki jiki another message was sent with a pin as the parcel was sent to another town with a locker that I did not even book and when I called the just left me hanging until they dropped off the call. I'm still angry and I need answers😭😭😭😭

Pudo horror app
Really the most difficult, frustrating and irritating process I ever had to go through, I swear through the whole process. Registration was a nightmare, then trying to lock in, while it keeps on telling me my e-mail and password is wrong. Jirre, then tried to get the parcel booked. What a flippen horror app.
Ghosted and unprofessional
10 times calling at 12:00-1:00 pm nobody gets the phone, not code has been sent to me, trying to get my package since yesterday still nobody helps, try to contact them through mail, I just got one mail, and then they vanish, it’s crazy at this time in the day nobody helps, works or try to contact you the easiest way possible.

Wish this concept worked but human intervention is still needed. We sent 3 pairs of socks from George to Stellies and my daughter received NB trainers worth R5000 :| after calling 4 times and being cut - the outcome- our waybill details and theirs (NB trainers) are the same with only our delivery address/tel no other details. Luckily we found a letter with persons name and surname in the shoe box to try track him on Insta and get trainers to rightful owner. Letter in box was dated May 2024 we are in Sept 2024- lengthy delivery… come on Pudo what is my reward for delivering your parcel?
Unacceptable Service.
Simply – atrocious service through PUDO. Not only do they not attend to the delivery professionally – they display the sheer audacity of automatically assuming their dreadful service to be at the fault of the customer – from previously an amazing initiative with stunning and reliable service to so incredibly quickly turn out to employ personnel that appear to be facetious, incompetent and unhelpful – with no concern in attending to the situation of no delivery advice system appearing and in ensuring the customer is taken of – but rather focusing on accusation and penalising in their pathetic attempt to correct a malfunction within their own set up. Will NEVER again attempt to make use of any Courier Guy service or system.
Pudo is broken
*I deliver a parcel to one of the lockers, later the day i track the parcel with the way bill no provided but the details and delivery address is not mine. I contacted their support who was not friendly at all. I hope that my parcel make it to the correct address.
*The link for the delivery that was send to me is more than a kilometer from where the actual lockers are, if I did not know where they are I would never find them using the link
* The app on the phone is useless, try to load an order twice and on the final step it gives me an error message.
* I can not use my pudo app to track a parcel, it cant find anything.
* Pudu is useless, spare yourself a lot of frustration and use another courier service.

Negative reviews are not fair
Negative reviews are not fair and issues are probably because of user's own error or maybe our hub here in Cape Town is just one of the excellent ones. I have sent over 100 parcels with PUDO and every one has arrived safely and in good time. They even got a parcel from Cape Town to northern rural KZN in 3 days for R60. My business depends on Pudo.
Worst service ever
Worst service ever. If I could give it -5 stars I would. They NEVER pick up packages that you drop at their drop off points. I have waited multiple times over one month for my packages to be sent back. I had to call the company and fight to try and get my refunds because PUDO would not come by the drop off location and return the packages. Extremely bad.
Terrible Service and Money-Driven Policies – Avoid This Company!
I’m extremely frustrated with how my recent package issue has been handled. After I lodged a complaint, I was immediately contacted, only to be told that I need to pay for a new locker. This feels like adding insult to injury after all the confusion and poor support I’ve already experienced.
This situation has shown me that your company is more interested in charging fees than in providing genuine customer support. As a result, I will not be using your services again and will be sharing my negative experience with others.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how you handle customer concerns in the future.
Firstly the app does not work
Firstly the app does not work. (Installed/uninstalled 3x) When you try to use the "WhatsApp customer care" (please note the sarcasm) the bot says it doesn't understand the question. Then I phoned a PERSON to help me, she tells me to update the app. Why should I if it is newly downloaded?? No she doesn't know.
And PLEASE stop blaming every other company regarding the payment options or Google maps or even load shedding. Not good enough. If Service delivery is not yourbstrong point... DON'T DELIVER A SERVICE!

the worst service imaginable because it doesn't even exist. ive waited days and days to speak to an agent to resolve a booking issue where my funds are not being registered. i've waisted over 200 rand trying to book lockers and door to doors with no luck and there is absolutely nobody there to help.

Sending serum treatment creams to a client in CT and our parcel went “missing”
The box was carefully wrapped and CLEARLY marked - not only with the waybill number, additionally I had the delivery and senders addresses clearly marked on the box
There was absolutely no mistaking where this parcel belongs, and yet it is “missing”
Never again
I had 4 boxes sent to a customer and the boxes were brand new. Upon arrival at the delivery the boxes were so badly damaged and the content inside as well. I will not recommend using the services at all.
