Excellent pampering session
Hannah was lovely and did an excellent job on both my friends and my nails. She also gave me the most relaxing and blissful massage. I would highly recommend Hannah if you want to be pampered.

Disappointing - not as described
I was given a gift voucher and decided on a pedicure at $99 for 60 min. The girl who visited was very nice but unfortunately the service was not as paid for. Setting up & packing up included and she was still only here for 43 minutes which was disappointing considering paid for 60min pedicure including extensive massage.Double the cost of having it done at a salon and less time than indicated and paid for. I would not consider again.
Received call asking for further feedback, yes l asked for my shins not to be massaged due to medical condition, but would you not of thought that the time allocated for that would of been used to massage your feet or anywhere else except the shins. Cutting short the appointment is not good business practice, and l also never said that technician did a great job. I said she was very nice. Please do not put words in my mouth.
Voucher was offered to apologise for the shortfall in time paid for and the experience, but this was not received.

Good experience
After some concerns with my first booking, the admin team and CEO were in touch to amend my experience. They were efficient and friendly in this process. The therapists were also very friendly. I had Caitlin for a remedial massage and highly recommend her.

At home massage was bliss
I absolutely loved my at home massage. Lamia was so lovely and gave me the best massage that I have ever received and her service was exceptional. I loved being able to relax after my massage and not have to drive. Lamia also provided everything needed, including beautiful oils and lovely relaxing music. Absolute bliss!
