Disappointing massage
Unfortunately, my massage experience was very disappointing. Although the masseur was exceptional in maintaining communication in the days leading up to my appointment and is a lovely lady with good manners, she lacked the skills that I required for an effective massage.
I requested more pressure but she told me that she was only able to provide a Swedish relaxation massage. Her touch was extremely soft and the massage left me feeling frustrated and tense.

Very bad service. Fraud company
Very bad service. I have booked 2 different appointments and only one lady came. They told me that they could not get the other nail technician and would get the other booking confirmed for next day. But nothing confirmed. I tried calling several times but no response. Feels like my $200 have gone down to drain. Think before u book them. Feels like a fraud service.

Melina was lovely
Melina was lovely. But she didn’t have sanitiser and cut cuticles too close and it felt like little cuts around my nails.
Also had a small accident which made her nervous naturally.
Polish was a mixture of good and bad brands/ very old/ new.
On time and nice finish.

We booked an appointment for a mani-pedi for our 90 year old grandmother as a surprise for christmas. Her beautician, Penny, was absolutely amazing and considerate and did a fantastic job. My grandmother was so happy and absolutely completely enjoyed the pampering and if I could give this experience 10 stars I would. Highly recommend. We will be using this service once a month from now on. Thanks Penny!!

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SKILLED!
Got my SNS removal + new SNS done tonight with Nadila. She was very professional, friendly and very good at her job! I forgot to book for Nail Art so would just have to rebook for that next time. Overall, really great first experience!
