Excellent Customer Service

Just spoke with Nicole, she was professional, friendly and solved my issue straight away. Very efficient. She then proceeded to transfer me to another department for another technical issue, I didn't catch his name but he too was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and rectified the problem with my landline. Overall great experience and I wasn't on hold for very long either time. Very happy. People are always quick to complain about bad service. It is also important to acknowledge the good experience.

They were able to help me and set me up…

They were able to help me and set me up with a cheaper tariff. But won't get a modem for 3 days. Bummer. But very good otherwise. First time I've had to ring them in a long long time

There was an inaccuracy in my first…

There was an inaccuracy in my first Bill.... having explained the issue to Eric he said he would deal with it and phone me back. He phoned very quickly to confirm the Bill was amended and he also gave me some further information I asked about. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products.

Terrible everything

Terrible customer service. Terrible Internet speeds, constant drops in connection, yet because i was able to achieve any connection, apparently they are providing a service as contracted.
Products sent to wrong address multiple times.
Cancelled installation items not picked up and customer now being charged for these.
Worst decision ever to register with them. Eir have been a delight since swapping over.

An awful experience with no broadband and no solution since Christmas

We have had no proper broadband since Christmas Day. We switched over to Pure Telecom when fiber-optics became available in our area in Tipperary last year.
I have been writing and calling this companion since Christmas to explain that we have had terrible broadband that keeps disconnecting all the time.
We have to use our hotspots on our phone to work from home, and cannot use our smart tv sets to watch Netflix, etc as the broadband is not working a lot the time especially at night (thankful we have SKY for other TV programs).
They finally sent us a new modem which we installed (Feb), but, this has not solved the problem. They sent me a sheet to fill out that is very technical requesting 'speeds' through the modem, NIC, NBI units and we have no idea what these things are? They honestly don't appear to care, and we pay on time every month for both broadband and home phone.
How a technician has not been sent out yet, is beyond belief. I have held off writing a bad (but true) review, as I am not that kind of person - we are actually quite patient and understand that technology can sometimes go wrong.
I have flagged my last letter earlier in the week to be sent to senior management, as I cannot believe they would want this serious customer problem unsolved for so long?
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, my last broadband company was terrific (and super on technical help and call outs), and I only switched because they were a local company that did not do fiber-optics at the time, and we wanted to have the fastest and best broadband available. There are sometimes 3-4 people working/studying here from home and need the speed and efficiency of fiber-optics.
We are just very disappointed in the customer care of this company, and for having such terrible connection for so long.

Daniel was an absolute gentleman to deal with, his knowledge and patience brought back my faith in Pure Telecom, thank you so very much once again Daniel for being so helpful in getting phones and Wi-Fi up and running again.
