I have no problems with my Pure Telecom Internet service and price is reasonable.

Just moved to Pure Telecom had issue getting information from previous supplier.
The technical team at Pure took ownership of the issue and sorted it within half hour.
I don't know of any other supplier that provides such a fast and efficient service.
Pleased that I am now a satisfied customer. Well done all.

Awful experience with Eir who completely messed up the landline and couldn't fix. Puretelecom cleaned up the mess and phone was back working in few days. Broadband and modem also much better.

Look like any service there will be ups and downs but I will definitely give it to Puretelecom with regards customer service/ tech lines.
No.1 You can actualy get through,
No.2 You can have a proper conversation with them, non scripted, less bullshit.
Happy to have service back and especially landline which was dear to the household.

Spoke to Katie. She was very professional, polite, friendly and informative. She called us back the following day, again she was lovely to deal with. We made a mistake, our contract doesn't finish till October and we will definitely give Katie a call again to change from our supplier to Pure.

My contract expired a coulpe of months ago, & we have been looking....but really so many companies give inaccurate info...I'd love 1 Gb but apparently it is not available at my location, but some companies promised it on their sites, then there was connection charges, then a "statutory" increase every April. Funny, Pure's basic price has not changed in several years, and they have offers for existing customers not just new ones. I am in for another 18 months ( but still looking/hoping for reasonably priced 1G!)

Joined in March 2025 and have had zero issues with my WiFi.

Service is great. Been with them for many years on different contracts and I find them great to deal with. Easy to contact and always willing to discuss discounts if available.

Excellent no hassle, no hidden charge Internet service provider in Ireland. I have been with many other isp before but this is so far the best. Pure telecom is truly "pure".
