Samantha was very helpful and professional.
I had no landline for over 2 months, and was very disappointed.
Eventually Pure Telecom managed to coax OpenEir to come and fix the copper wire on the line from local exchange.
After such a long delay I was about to leave Pure, but Samantha was very encouraging and offered a great deal and offered to sort out a refund for the two bills I was charged when we had no phone. I was pleased with her customer service and new cheaper contract with Pure. Thank you

This has to be one of the WORST…
This has to be one of the WORST Broadband services in Ireland.
Appallaing customer service topped off with insulting disdain for customers.
There self proclaimed "Award Winning" customer service is the final insult.
So called tech support is an unqualified "technician" unable to answer basic technival questions.
I still with no broadband after almost 48 hours andit looks like I wont have a technician out until after the weekend.
AVOID
BELOW is the reply from Pure Telecom almost 3 weeks from when my broadband stopped working. This is their “Award Winning Customer Support “? What a joke! Not once, did I receive an email, a phone call even trying to show any concern for the outage. I’ve voted with my feet and cancelled the non service and won’t be having anything to do with Pure Telecom again.

Very pleased that we changed to PureTelecom.
Recently changed to PureTelecom just today.
We are delighted to be saving €20 per month.
The modem arrived incredibly quickly just next day. Just plugged in and exactly the time designated by puretelecom the switchover occured very smoothly. All we had to do was to enter the new password into our devises and off you go.
Very easy to do even though we are not techy people at all. We are very pleased.
