My internet was constantly stopping a…

My internet was constantly stopping a lovely girl Samantha suggested I get a new modem my contract was due to be finished but she was so helpful I foolishly renewed it
I got my new modem a week ago tomorrow I lost the internet again on Sunday
On Monday the technician organised a other technician to call and fix it and it would take 6 days to day is day 4 but I am really worried I am a vulnerable person and use a watch with alarm for safety which I don't have now
Surely with a brand new modem this should not have happened

Best Customer service

I have to say that every company should have a Daniel !!
What a great customer service /contact. Polite - helpful & addressed every query quickly & without fuss. This service is seldom seen with large companies so congratulations to PureTelecom & give that man a pay rise !

Renewal quick and easy.

We've been with Pure Telecom for a few years now and have no complaints. At the end of each year, I ring and they give me a competitive price so I stay with them because their service has been reliable and fuss-free. Happy to recommend.
