After 7 days order was not ship. Had to contact Q-lens and was informed of backorder. Got the lenses to days later. BUT I saved 45% compared to other webshop, that in mind Q-lens deserves 4 stars.

Only thing they could do better is to send a confirmation when your money is transferred or a faster way I had to wait 3 days for the transfer which is quiet long. Plus send a link from Post NL to follow your package! Beside that I will always order my contact lenses here!

A pity that the package arrived 5 days later. Reason: The product was not in stock. I think that must be visible on the site when ordering a product. No it was too late before I went on a trip. Suggestion was to buy it elsewhere?!
