Excellent service. Item was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, I needed to return the product for reasons not related to either the product or Chigwell Satellites. This was accommodated without any problems at all. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Richard at Chigwell Satellite was extremely helpful and patient with me, explaining everything in detail about Sky boxes, old and new, and how to connect them to my Sony TV and Panasonic DMR. He was very good and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Richard and Chigwell Satellite more highly. They deserve 10 stars rather than 5.

I had forgotten that there where still honest people about until I rang Richard at Chigwell Satelite.
My request was to ask if they had a satelite box in stock
and explaining what the problem was, he advised that that I didn't need a new box as the old one was still working. He suggested Gary would be able to help. Followed his advice and now all working. Thank you

Ordered a replacement Sky remote (thro' Amazon), which got 'lost' by Royal Mail. Alex contacted a supplier, here in France, who got the item to me in 2 working days!. Incidentally, 5 days later, the postie delivered an empty track and trace envelope. The bottom had been neatly cut open, and the contents removed. Great service Chigwell Sat.

Delivery of new sky box was very quick.
New box was purchased as original box had stopped working, Same fault with new box and they suggested checking the cable which rectified the fault they were willing to refund me but I turned down the kind offer as the new box was higher capacity.
Would definitely use them again.

They provide windup torches for the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes that I fill. I wanted 20 but website but could only get 18 until the manager phoned me and he enabled me to obtain the 20 that I needed. Very good customer service. Thank you.

Brilliant, new box delivered within a few days, no problem setting up. Would recommend this company.

As described and as it was a replacement it was quick and easy to swap over and the box was up and running within 10 minutes
The remote supplied was not the correct remote that was originally supplied with the 2gb sky plus box but is a branded sky plus remote which will operate the box but I just kept my original romote as it was programmed for my tv
