Avoid! Terrible company, no customer support. Received a defective phone case, but they ignore all communication & requests for refunds/exchanges.

Should have read the other reviews first. The phone case I purchased was open and had obviously been used by someone else. It didn’t suit me so returned. So far after 3 weeks of trying to get a refund with me doing all the communication still no resolution. There is actually nothing wrong with their cases. It’s their customer service which is non existent. One excuse after another to avoid a refund. Buy from them at your peril.

I bought a phone case from this brand. It turned yellow in less than six months. The company advertises that their products come with a warranty, but I haven't received any response from them. They sell products at a high price but offer no further product support!

Scammers a bunch of South African call center people that are horrible over the phone and worse to deal with

Good luck when trying to make a warranty claim. They just repeatedly ignore your emails. False advertisement

AVOID! Ordered a case over a month ago, still have not received anything. Would like a refund at this point, but am ignored when I ask for one.

Sent an email in August to customer support - no reply. Sent a follow up, again no reply.

Poor quality case, had it a matter of days and it broke.

I ordered a screen protector for my son’s iPhone and was very impressed. The glass comes with an applicator tool that makes fitting it, super easy! I've had issues in the past (with other screen protectors) getting the alignment right and ensuring that there's no air bubbles etc. but not with this product.

The glass protection is really clear and responsive. Plus it doesn't seem to mark easily like other solutions that I've had in the past.

What persuaded me to go for QDOS is the lifetime warranty that they offer. I took that as a sign of confidence in the quality and I've not been disappointed so far.

I wanted to find a pastel lavendar colour for my iPhone 13, and ended up giving this site a try. I went for the Touch case which feels really luxurious and silky smooth. And I can now accessorise it with my nails :)

Very easy buying process and the case arrived in 5 working days.

Would definitely use them again.

I placed an order for a phone case, contacted customer care almost immediately to cancel the order, no response. Order was delivered and for some reason no details on the website on address and how to return. I have emailed the customer care again to provide details for return yet still no response.

Purchased a Qdos ebike from ideal world last year and it failed to power only after little use, it was still under warranty. Ideal world
2 (new) sent a courier to collect them refused it was their responsibility and sent it back. As an 82year old I welcomed the bike as a occasional fitness aid,I paid £550 cash for it.I contacted the administrators and they put the phone down. Contacted the suppliers for help but could only offer spares but offered me advice on the pedal sensor, in a desperate process of illimation I requested a new sensor only (average price on Ebay £12) bespoke's price £75.... as this is one of the minor parts, I would hate to know what some of the rest might be. Seemingly all knowledge of this bike for repair or listed parts is negligible. So beware e bike prospective buyers and consider the after care first.

The guarantee or warranty for replacement is just a lie, even with clear photo of the damage.
Long thread of emails, several times promised to compensate and then just silence. It’s 3 months now since they promised they gonna replace it in a week, yet nothing replaced.

Usually excellent, and beautiful products but be warned: I bought a charger last year which was faulty and I have emailed 9 times since to arrange an exchange. I have been completely ignored - there is no address or telephone contact for them either, so I am completely stuck!

I’m on my 3rd Qdos case now, the first was one that your supposed to block out the view of others. That part worked fine but I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it wouldn’t unlock with the face part turned on, I tried everything and it still didn’t work. So I wrote them and they would not replace it for anything, so I ended up throwing it away. Now I have a clear case and it works great, not one issue to report so that is the one to buy and I’ll give them a 10!! To bad customer service didn’t care about the first case enough to replace it, they wanted pictures but of what a normal looking case? So it cost me double the normal price to get one that works like it’s supposed to, customer service was rude to say the least. The 3rd case is made out of total plastic, they should replace that one also as I paid for the ones with the magnets not press together plastic.

Doesn’t work on iPhone 11!!!! So disappointed. The volume buttons don’t work with this case, and neither does the on/off button. Do not buy!

I picked up my first infinity case for iPhone from South Africa from a iStore with great anticipation

The installation is sleek and works well. However on my first purchase I noticed that a crack had developed within a few weeks of usage. No drops and no pressure / impact on the case.

Initially since the crack was in the bottom corner, I told myself I could live with that. Then one day I had to open the case to clean it on the inside...oops the crack just became larger and propagated

I thought that maybe this is a manufacturing defect and went back to the istore, however since it was a third party product, they refused to exchange. I wrote to your customer service- there was no response

Still I decided to give you the benefit of doubt and picked up my second case. Using it for last 3 weeks and again the case developed cracks.. once you have a small crack, it just propagates

Trust me - I am not the fidgety type and neither have I dropped my phone...the product is disappointing

I hope someone will contact me to discuss either a refund or replacement of both my cases with cases that won’t crack

At this stage you have a very disappointed customer. Hope to see u resolve this

1) Nowhere on your website do you say that the product is manufactured and shipped from China !!!

2) Nowhere on your website to you state that it takes up to 6 months to receive the goods
