Received my OptiGuard™ Infinity Glass for my iPhone XS Max today. Installation was easy and so far I am very happy with the product. A possible problem may be the entry of dust under the glass through the port openings. I am hoping that this does not occur.

I purchased a QDOS OptiGuard Infinity Glass for my iPhone XS Max. I am truly disappointed I the product. Dust gets in through the earpiece, speakers and charging holes. This forces you to have to clean the inside of the case. the main weakness being the fact that the inside of the case is easily scratched. I've had it for a week and am looking for a replacement conventional case.

After ordering a replacement OptiGuard™ Glass Protect with Applicator on 11/27/2018, I have still to receive the product.

Although the replacement is free, i have had to pay GBP 2.99 for the delivery. this i can understand.However, incredibly i have received nothing to date. QDOS has also failed to reply to my email regarding the failure to deliver said product.

Therefore, i can not reccommend.

The claim registration needs some unless time, also to put a picture of the screenprotector. I absolutely understand, why you need this pictures, but it takes time to do it. You have to do a foto from another mobile phone.

is very good the protective glass, mine broke in some corners I came into account with you and soon I was attended I waited about 10 days and new protective glass was in the mailbox thank you very much.

I placed an order on November 30th. It never arrived. I emailed the company 3 times requesting information, I received no acknowledgement or no details of time of expected delivery etc.,
It was only when I complained to Paypal and they contacted them that I got a reply. I have requested that the items be cancelled through Paypal, as there is very little hope of them arriving in time for Christmas if they are reshipped as was suggested. Had I not paid through Paypal I would have never received an response.

Unfortunately product wrecks touch sensitivity on new iPad Pro rendering unusable.

I recently purchased the QDOS | OPTIGUARD from an iStore. This was for my iWatch 44mm. I tried both guards that were in the packet. I religiously followed the instructions, went onto YouTube to see how others do it. Tried both (as I said) and both were disappointing. The corners just don’t stick and they lift up gathering dust. Rather disappointed.

It should be made explicit that the pouch is there because the Macbook Pro does not close with the privacy screen on. Previous versions of Macbook's had enough space. Quite disappointing to find out the hard way.

I have not received the goods, they have not replied to any emails and the phone number on the PayPal receipt dies not work. Have escalated for a refund and will never use or recommend to anyone

After contacting QDOS customer service I immediately got a free 2nd delivery which arrived despite postal Christmas overload safely just on Dec.23..
