Poor product quality
Purchased fusion hd for my new iPhone 7 plus and within a week the top corners of the case were splitting. Screen protector also fits poorly and case pushes it off. The phone has been secure and not dropped so no reason for case fracturing except poor fit.

Excellent piece of electronics!
Worked flawelessly until I accidentally broke the micro USB socket. I dropped the device while connected to a recharger and the socket bounced out of it's place. Until that it was pure joy to listen... it's really nice to attach it to window glass for example to enjoy some music. It's not hi-fi but I don't think anyone expects that in this price range.
Had one before but gave it away as a present to a very good friend of mine... writing this makes me think I should buy yet another one so off I go...
P.S. Ordered two more as the price had dropped significantly 😊

Difficult to Apply accurately - 1st class service, 1st class company

UPDATE:
QDOS saw this comment, and replied within 5 minutes, and now within 30 minutes are showing a First in Class level of customer service and speed of response and attention... this is really impressive.
UPDATE:
QDOS have really shown what customer care and service is .. within 2 hours it was resolved and they sent out a new screen under their guarantee scheme ... Absolutely fantastic
