They make things so easy to manage, always at the end of the phone if you need any help, or just a chat and it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with the Q-book team

Tried two others before finding QBook
We've used QBook for many years running our accommodation business. It is good value and fully featured. We've always found the staff very responsive, and even open to developmental suggestions for the product. Highly rated.

Great friendly customer service
We have used Q-Book at our hotel for many years and more recently took advantage of their Website design and provision package which worked out much better value than our previous providers. The service has always been speedy and friendly with solutions quickly implemented for any issues that arose. We have sold the Hotel now but I would highly recommend them to novice or experienced Hoteliers, large or small.

Easy to use and a great result!
An fabulous tool to make your own professional, individual website with assistance to hand if required. I specifically enjoyed the layout tools which are easy to use and populate with your own pictures and information. The mobile version is also slick and fast - can not recommend highly enough!

The group are always looking to improve and update.
Importantly, they reply to e-mails and answer the telephone.

I have now been with the Queensborough group for 3 years. Over the course of time I have had to call upon them for help and as ever every single time they help you out with a real friendly way of doing it but always keeping there professionalism. It is a genuine pleasure to be a customer of there services from the channel manager to the web site. The channel manager I think works great and user friendly as is the web site which is particularly good as you can maintain it yourself. Of course it takes a bit of time to get used to navigating but that would be no different to any provider of these services. The magical difference is that when you need help they will sort it out for you and they make you feel that they value your custom and nothing no matter how big or small complicated or trivial is a problem to them.

I can fully recommend the Queensborough Group to anybody who is either starting out with a new hospitality business or wishing to change their online booking engine. Great direct booking system! We have been with them for nearly four years and always found them to be professional, friendly, helpful and if I have had any issues, they solve them straightaway. I have never had a problem with them. It is also nice to be able to get through to a human being, rather than an answer machine or some soulless email communication.

A more than happy client
We have been with Queensborough for over 4 years after having been with another channel manager. They knock spots off them. They are more interested in helping us than just taking your money like the other company. If we have a problem they have never failed to help solve it and along with giving very helpful advice. All the team have been a pleasure to work with and we are only leaving because we have sold our property. We have told others of Queensborough and they are also happy with them. 5 stars for everything.

We took over a hotel which had no…
We took over a hotel which had no online booking system. It was a daunting prospect to set up this new system but Katie a Qbook was fantastic. The set up was very straight forward, our new website and online booking system was live within a week. We recently moved our hotel email to office 365, it proved a little more difficult that we originally thought but and Sophie was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

Small enough to talk to humans, big enough to interact with the faceless giants
I have been doing business with Queensborough since starting my first Guest accommodation business in 2006. Three businesses later and I am now using the same system for my overseas property. Easy to use. Straight forward laymans "traffic light" colours, so that you can whizz through closing off dates etc etc.
The biggest thing for me, is that Queensborough are small enough to still be able to talk to a human being, but big enough to interact their booking systems with the faceless giants.
