The pricing and product is always ok, however a BIG fail on the delivery
The pricing and product is always ok. However this time, you deciced to use a private delivery firm, and not Aust Post, which has always been used in the past. I now have to run around and organise to pick up the product, which will be a 56km retunr trip. next time, use Aust Post when delivering to Australia

Delay and lack of clear communication
I've been a loyal Quicklens customer for over 5 years and have generally had a good experience ordering my contact lenses. However, my most recent order (which was for my husband) was quite disappointing. The lenses didn’t arrive for weeks, and after contacting the support team, I was told it could take at least another month.
To their credit, they did refund me, which I appreciated - and that's why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Still, the delay and lack of clear communication were frustrating, and it’s made me reconsider relying on them in the future.

It's very misrepresentative to be presented with what ostensibly appears to be an Australian website, with Australian currency pricing, and no indication of a purchase involving an international transaction, but to be charged an international transaction fee.

I usually love them, but this time…
I love QuickLense for its fast and reliable service. I usually purchase a more expensive brand, but a similar one was on sale and I thought I’d give them a go.
I always buy in bulk.
Every second lense I opened was damaged and falling apart. I wasted so many pairs by trying to find ones I could use.
This is unacceptable as I am a loyal returning customer. I feel as though I’ve wasted so much money each time I open a damaged lense.
Unsure whether I will purchase from here again. It’s a real shame.

Will NEVER EVER buy with this company again. 2 months with no updates or responses to email until I leave an online review do they have the decency to reply. NEVER received the order and was offered a refund at the end of 2 months. What a joke of a company!!!

Our distribution centre has recently faced an inconsistent supply of BIOFINITY TORIC lenses from one of our suppliers. As a result, they’ve had to switch suppliers for many orders, which has caused some additional delays. They’re working hard to ensure there are no further delays with the new supplier. However, some prescriptions-particularly those other than Axis 180-remain challenging, as they are out of stock and need to be made to order.
